  • Would you like to block Query Arguments on your website to keep your site nice and clean in search results?
Well now you can with Query Arg monitor in the latest version of All in One SEO!
We’ve updated the way crawl cleanup works in AIOSEO. Instead of stripping all query args by default, potentially including critical ones, we now show you a log of all the query arg’s that have come up in your website over a period of time, so you can decide wether to strip them out or not.
You can control how long you want to retain this list of query args, from a few days to a few months, so that the list doesn’t get too long.
If you spot a query arg that is going to cause duplicate content to be indexed by the search engines, simply block it and it will be stripped from URL’s on your website for a better user experience in search, and less risk of running into problems with Google’s “duplicate content” rule.
What’s more, if a query arg hasn’t been logged yet, but you know it could potentially cause problems, you can enter it manually and preemptively strip it from URL’s BEFORE those URL’s get indexed.
This advance new feature is just one more way we’re striving to make SEO easier for you.
So make sure to upgrade to the latest version of all in one SEO, version 4.5.8 today!
