Hi Bezza thanks for uploading this video. I have been through something similar with bacteria and dying fish. When I couldn't find the source of the issues I cut down my feeds to twice a day and fed more natural foods like dried meal worm. Ironically, when i stressed less and done less apart from increase the amount of water changes to 30% once a week the water quality and fish got better. Keep up the good work and try not to stress too much!
No problem mate …yeah it’s tough but will get there! Praying they get better…but it won’t be the end regardless..everytime I start to enjoy it, a fish jumps and we start again 🤦

Hey! Really liking the content at the moment. I’ve just installed a Retrofit bottom drain into my Koi pond. Working well, but I’m thinking I want to move away from the old canister filter. Koi are getting huge now. Any recommendations on the next filter choice for me? Price is everything at the moment as I’m sure you can imagine. Expensive hobby 😂. Kind regards
Hi mate, thanks for watching! I can only text the easy pod or nexus to be honest, it’s been brilliant for me, easy to manage and doesn’t harbour any muck! Saying that, I’ve not used any other filters, I suppose it depends on your budget 🙏🏻

If youre putting a tank indoors heat the room not the water or youll have major damp problems
Reckon a humidifier will stop it? It’s probably more expensive to heat the room as the room don’t hold the heat 👍

Best heat i come a crost and use aquaforte pond heaters 1 2 3 wk and 2 year warranty can salt you out if u look for heater or any pond supplys next day delivery

Sorry to hear about the fish when will you koi keepers learn give your fish a winter stop heating your ponds never ever had heating on mine never lost a fish or parasite problems things die off in cold weather
Erm I gave mine a winter, the pond is only heated a couple of degrees above ambient! It’s there as a emergency as lots of folk who weren’t heated lost koi, I didn’t wanna take the risk! You’ve been lucky I guess 🤷♂️
