Loved your video. You are quite right the scenery around Lake Pedder is incredible. Traveled along the road to Scotts Peak Dam as well and was in your words "BLOWN AWAY" by the white rocked road and countryside. Amazing place. One of the true wonders of the World. Your video quality, commentary and chosen music was awesome. Well done.
I'm glad you liked it! Thanks for watching! The whole region from Mt Field right through to pedder and gordon is my favourite part of Tasmania. I'm very lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the world!
They were introduced in 1865. It's a crazy interesting story! If you look up the plenty river trout hatchery or Redlands estate there is a big story behind how they were introduced to where they are now. It's now one of the premiere brown trout fishing destinations in the world.

@@RoryandCasey Interesting. Seen people catching trout there on tv. I was thinking to myself no way those are native.
to many yabbies there fish are lazy barely eat a lure anymore but anything with orange has best chance usually
Yeah I agree. Mostly smaller fish too... But still one of the most visually stunning places to fish in Tassie
