For zippers in the back take some dental floss and loop it through the zipper hole. If you make the loop small enough you can leave it on without it even showing.

I get anxiety too before leaving the house now... ever since covid. I think it has alot to do with all the violence lately... it's been hard to break from, but at least you have stuff to do and live in a city full of stuff to do, especially this time of year.
It's nice when you talk about these feelings because it motivates lots of us business women out here I know for me it helps to know that I am the only one that have the anxiety of just getting ready sometimes. i feel the same & thought it was just me! i think the more time you spend getting to know/take care of yourself the anxiety of any energy that doesn't align with yours out in the social world convinces you to always wanna be in your place of peace & comfort or just around the ones closest to you & that's all. bittersweet feeling bc social anxiety & its effects do not play😭

Aaliyah at 2:42 you said you have anxiety, you get in a bad mood, and you get really tired. These are ALL side effects of caffeine. Cut down on your caffeine intake or stop consuming caffeine altogether would be best. I was addicted to coffee for 18 years. I would have at least three cups a day. But sense letting it go I've had more energy, I'm well rested and I'm excited about life again! I hope you look into it. There is a lot of people telling their stories on RUclips about how letting caffeine go has changed their lives.

I think Aaliyah scared to be single
no but really, its almost like she's allergic to being by herself for a long time. Theres no way she's not dating another low value man thats not on her level. Another scammer maybe?. Good things USUALLY take time and she's jumped into yet another low vibrational relationship pretty quick and i think her and some other people see it as a flex; her ability to move on "fast". I'm waiting for her to show him cos i know she's itching to show this new man. She seems to be unconsciously rebranding herself as this Lori Harvey type except its with low vibrational men instead of high quality men like Lori. I would love more fashion, lifestyle from her and i would love for her to be REALLY INTO IT, but she's not. She's more excited to be in relationships, she can't exist by herself. She seems to think her brand is more exciting with a man in her videos, or at least teasing us with it. She hates being single and she almost always seems spaced out in her vlogs like she would rather be with her man or something or somewhere else
