That exact thing happened to me a few years ago. I got diagnosed with vertigo it’s a weird disorder but it causes random dizziness sometimes nausea! Exhaustion and anxiety can make it worse when having a episode too! Started at my later 20s too! lol it gets wayyyy easier to control once you know how to identify your triggers etc.
There are a number of things that can cause light headednes & fainting spells. Check your iron levels, ur white blood count and your blood pressure. Low blood pressure might not do the stuff high blood pressure will, but that shit will have u passing out on the street. Also check ur blood sugar levels. Stress and anxiety is also a factor along with a possible inner ear inflamation. All these things produces light headedness & fainting spells.
Hey Aaliyah , it could be you got very over heated with all the layers on . Happens sometimes and definitely causes the feeling of wanting to faint and throw up . Hope your feeling better 💗
It definitely was being over heated and could have been dehydrated on top of that.

I never do the social media shit but … Hey love, I have watched you for a some years now , like early days and I just started to tune back in to you. But anywho you spoke about your end of your day and I just felt your energy and I do believe in my opinion it’s being around a lot of people in a big space such as where you went to try to see the light show. Everything is energy and everything is an energy exchange. And I have resonated with you over the years because I see you and your a light truly and your authentic to who you are and i only like to consume content with the likeness of these people such as you. So just to keep it a buck , you have to set intentions and really center yourself before going into the outside world. New York is beautiful but it is hella people. You never know what energy is there for you and what’s there to take from you. So with that being said stay prayed up and protect yourself and your energy as much as possible.

I just went through something similar where my body was tense and i felt worn down. I had a new full time job as a pharmacy technician remotely. I barely had time to eat breakfast in the morning cuz work started at 9 and time went back an hour. On top of that I had a couple different health issues.

Aaliyah girl start taking iron cuz you’re probably anemic. That’s usually the case when you’re always cold, chew ice, etc. Cuz 3 layers is crazyyyyy 😂 I have mild anemia myself so I supplement with an iron pill or liquid iron. The outfit was cute though 😍🔥
