Route 345 used to go to Whiteman Park as an extended deviation from Bennett Springs on a trial basis (with 2 services extended from Bennett Springs) was on trial for a 6 month basis, however December 2016, the deviations are withdrawn due to poor patronage.
Never been to whiteman Park before , it looks interesting, once they build the train line up there , the government will be selling land either inside or around it for a song so then people won't have to drive so far just to go there.
Far? It's only like a 25 minute drive from Perth. That's nothing in the scope of Perth, some people commute from Mandurah every day. I myself spend 2 hours on buses every day just to get to school. But yes, with the train station more people will visit the park.
I went on the australind for the 9:30 departure from perth and I'm doing the 6:00 from Bunbury. It a nice ride and the food is cheaper then my local IGA

It is sooo hard to get on that team. Every time I have been to Whiteman Park the tram wasn’t running
Yeah I've noticed that as well. If it's more than 35°C then it doesn't run, which means basically at least half of summer pretty much.

How don't you know? It's one of the biggest parks in the city about 20 kilometres north east of the CBD above Bennett Springs and below Ellenbrook.
