Got my G80 allocation and production number on Friday and I'm very glad I opted for the CF front splitter - watching this video I really like how the platform looks with a modest splitter. Beyond that, I miss this kind of cruising stuff in my life. I'm 39 now and have friends who still love BMWs but people seem to move away or change priorities and it's so rare that we can cruise like what's in this video and get footage like this. I do enjoy watching footage of front-ends on BMWs like this. Lowered M cars just look so aggressive and it's awesome. My E92 M3 is on point but I'll need to clearly do some research into what lowering kit to get for my G80 when it arrives in July.
Congrats. Hopefully you don’t have the same issues but double check with your dealer that they have your order right! Mine had a few things wrong. Still love the car and can’t wait to roll out. I just dropped off for ppf, tint and ceramic

Congrats. I'm 3td on my dealer's list for the M2. In TR with carbon roof. Adding ducktail carbon spoiler and CF mirror caps. Hopefully I'll get my allocation soon. Would like to see it this summer sometime.

This makes me miss my E92. Had to get a fuel efficient car because I drive a lot so I traded it in for a VW Golf. Mine was fully loaded, space gray metallic with oyster interior.
Even today, the e92 is the best looking bmw ever produced. M3 or 335 the front of this car is absolute perfection. A simple masterpiece!

I have two (my third and fourth lifetime BMWs)- E90 and E60, my old ones were E39 and E91- and there will be many more! I’ve also rented two G30s, a G22, and a G14 at Sixt in south Florida over the past couple years. The BMW love is strong.❤

Traded my RS5 for a 2021 M5 in October. The car had to be immediately taken to service to fix several issues. Long story short, the alarm would just go off for no reason and service advisor said I was triggering the alarm. On the last service appointment (week 3 of ownership) the said they found the problem. I told them to keep the car and traded to get my RS5 back that never gave me a single issue. Leaving the store yesterday I saw a BMW in the parking lot with the alarm going off for no reason. No thanks

Alright, this is all falling into place now………………..shortly after invasion there was an insane amount of Bimmers that drove right by my house. I live within a 2 minute drive from that Shell station. That video blew my mind, I know all those roads. So fun to rip on when your alone and no other cars around. Beautiful drive. F30 330i in MGM

I bought my F30’s before buying my 05 Suburban Z71 to haul my future kids. My mother is currently driving the burban and my BMW is in the shop, I’m an OTR trucker so it’s fine. I also own an OBS 96 Silverado Z71, crown Victoria P71, 77 coupe deville lowrider project and a crappy Altima. The BMW gets so much attention from women and guys, some unwanted attention too. Melbourne red with red seats is sick.

Lol didn’t know I needed a G80 M3 until now. The beaver teeth are really growing on me. Memes aside, the G80 M3 has such a strong road presence which is the type of design language I like in cars. Like how all GTR’s from R32 to R35 GTR’s have a strong road presence (actually most of the 90’s JDM favorites have strong road presence) it’s a design language lost with Mercedes and Audi. Audi kind of got it back with the RS7 and RS6 Advant, but lost it quickly after a few generation changes.
Finally someone who is honest with the designs. The only exception here is the IX, the XM is odd in the rear, and I would prefer an S class over the 7 series, however I’ll take the i7 over EQS anytime though.

Am I correct that the 5-series isn't that popular in North America? I don't see them very often on NA videos, or when I've visited Toronto. Especially the F10/11, which is my favourite.
It's more popular with the folks who are not into car meets and modifications.

Name me a BMW performance engine over the past 30 years that hasn't had a myriad of design faults, or catastrophic engine issues, be it 6, 8, 10 and even 12 cylinder form.
As for the electronics, I've never ... never been in a BMW that wasn't lit up like a Christmas tree with faults, that's if the electronics, including the infotainment ... worked at all.
- My sister's X3 broke down whilst on holiday. It was 60 mile to the nearest dealer, driving in limp mode, only to be told they would need to take it to another dealer 40 miles away. So she's stranded near 100 miles from where she's staying ... with no car for the week, a huge repair bill, travel costs to get back and forth to the dealer … nearly 100 miles away.
Furthermore, she's just shelled out £1,400 for a set of new tires, and the car is wobbling/vibrating at anything above 60mph, which either mean balancing or bearings.
- My friend's X5, the infotainment never worked, it had suspension and gearbox issues from the get go, and the last time I visited, the handbrake failed, which meant parking on anything but a flat surface … was interesting.
- My in-laws, against my advice, bought a 3 series convertible. Less than 18 months, the steering rack failed, engine issue (as per normal for BMW), and exhaust manifold issues.
BMW are dogs dump. They were an OK company back in the early 80's, but I wouldn't touch one with yours!
