In Texas, the prison system has a PST, a Perimeter Security Team, which is in charge of the perimeter of the prison, and this team is responsible for investigating possible break outs,or break in visitors with unofficial business are required to have authorization from the prison warden to be on state property, in or around the perimeter, !!!!

I feel sorry for her. Clearly had no training at all on this matter. I'm sure she had a genuine desire to protect the prison but no idea at all on what she can legally do to complete this task. It is obvious once she was told she was wrong had no ability to listen and acknowledge that he may be (is) right.

They need to replace it with malpractice insurance so when the police make mistakes they can be sued and if they get sued enough they will loose their insurance and get fired…

There should be a standard across America that when a police officer is being sworn in they should be given a copy of the Constitution to read as their FIRST assignment and quizzed on it by their training officer. It just might save a lot of grief for we the people and the officers in the future and help make our home a better place to live for all.
It's not unlawful for them to ask for ID. It becomes unlawful when they Demand ID, and threaten arrest for not providing it.

Geeez, when I was a deputy there was a physical fitness requirement to be employed by LE. Her requirement was how much she could physically swallow within 24 hours every day of her life IMO.
