@@7SideWays congrats, that's an amazing milestone at that age! Yeah I don't think people really grasp the coasting part of coast fire but that's the biggest draw for me!
Hi Brittany, I enjoy watching your monthly updates. Congratulations on your net worth increase! Looking forward to seeing the video of your hometown! Hope you have a great December! 😊
@@brittanymorgan09 Brittany, what a disgusting outlook you have on life. A young woman more focused on her Net Worth than building a family.. Void of any meaning. How did modern society end up in such a soulless state
Im currently watching Yellowstone since the mid season premier came.out, so if you like country stuff then definitely give that a go. The other very new show that juat came out recently that im watching is called The Day of the Jackal. Its about a sniper/assassin that has a tonne of identities, absolutely incredible show if you're into action/suspense
You mentioned mortgage rates but didn't mention monthly mortgage payment in your expenses. Also, why charge such low rent? Is $560 average in that area or are you are just being generous? It's a genuine question, I don't live in North America.
@@Rebel-ct2pq I don't include my condo expenses in this breakdown since it's covered by my tenants rent. The $500/mo I make is just profit! My mortgage payment on its own is about $670/mo but I pay about $1500/mo for the condo and my tenants pay $2,000/mo in rent.
I've never had an emergency fund and have never needed one! Having a cash/travel account on hand can double as that but in a pinch I can always put something on credit then sell investments to cover it.
