    Wow this is good! That means using a Canon progression, sometimes some broken chords.
    Usually, we have a response song after sermon, so I always just play the chords of the song, but afraid of being too noisy and distracting while the pastor is still talking.

    Any ideas for playing behind less prayerful moments? Like offering or announcements.

      The same progression works. You could just use more movement

    It's a good suggestion that you say shut down the piano sound first and gradually give the volume.
    We usually use the mode Piano+Warm pad. I've heard someone taught me using 1 4/1 5/1 4/1 chord for meditation or intro. I think you have also give this idea.
