I can't tell you guys how much I loved the Track & Field segment of the show. I loved how thorough everyone was with the analysis. Ocho was even asking questions that I never would have thought of, but glad it was asked.
It's just her first time being at the Olympics she was nervous you could tell, to get sliver isn't anything bad, it's a wonderful accomplishment, she's now a Olympic medalest congratulations 👏🏽👏🏽💪🏽💕💕💅🏽
And that's the difference in the U.S. and other countries. Our athletes win silver and bronze and some of us rejoice that they lost.while other countries celebrate their medalist no matter the color.
If you don’t follow track and only listen to the driving machine/media outlets you would think Richardson was a can’t miss. If you’re a track person this was not an upset I had Alfred winning 🥇 her start is on point. And a very powerful runner
Sha'carri was rightfully the favorite, even if slightly on form. However on consistency (with starts) she was also vulnerable. I'm proud of her though. She's only just entered the top tier in the past year or so and is still a work in progress. She and Dennis will work it out. Juju's got more international experience and has already experienced that heartbreak multiple times. She's been sharp in all phases and this was her moment. I'm happy for her and St Lucia.

The race went how it should have. Why are we underplaying Julien Alfred’s talent? All these athletes have worked hard and prepared for these games for the past 4 years and it was for anyone to win; Shacarri nor anyone else was never guaranteed a gold medal. Everybody’s focus was to get gold! Congrats Julien, Shacarri and 3rd place winner (can’t remember her name).

Sha'Carri was afraid that's why she wasn't "herself". When she realised from the semi-final she wasn't catching her, Sha'Carri recognised that for the first time in 2 years that there is someone that is equal to or better than her and there someone who she can't catch in the last 20-30 metres
Hey Unc, you should have asked Gatlin, “if Sha'carri was the underdog would she have run better?” She wasn’t expected to win Worlds…she qualified on time and was in the 9th lane. I think that if she wasn’t the favorite, we probably would have seen something special from her.

This wasn't an upset Sha'Carri still came from last place to 2nd place to win silver medal, this also wasn't the usual fast 100m races that Sha'Carri is used to running. This Olympic Finals and Olympic Semi-Final 100m races were slow if you look at the times run by everybody in the race, even Ta'Lou and Dina Asher did bad when Ta'Lou is a beast. Sha'Carri did great and if she had a great start, Julien never would have won this 100m just like she hasn't been able to beat Sha'Carri in other 100m and 200m races throughout the year. The thing is Julien did what she had to do after her Worlds Championships losses to tighten up her races and get faster for the Olympics. People need to understand how nerves and when people are nervous that can break their concentration and success in anything, whether that's a race or a school test. Sha'Carri still qualified for the Olympics with some of the top fastest 100m times in the world and won a medal, therefore she was a success because she achieved a medal in the 100m even with a terrible start and not running her fastest times. Shelly Ann, Elaine, and Shericka are some of the top 100m and 200m dash runners of all time and Elaine didn't run fast enough to make it to anything and Shelly and Shericka dropped out of the 100m and 200m at the Olympics. Sha'Carri is still the 5th Fastest Woman in the 100m dash of all time and won Worlds Fastest Woman at World Championships against Shericka and Shelly Ann regardless of who won this 2024 Olympic Race! What Sha'Carri has been able to overcome and comeback from in her life is simply amazing and a true blessing. Congratulations to Sha'Carri! ❤
I watched the intros, that young lady had that race won during the introductions. Her swag, attitude, strut spoke volumes from the get go and the actual race was no different!

The issue with team USA, men’s basketball team is they have too many players that are all NBA players on their team. There are usually two players on the team that no one expects to play. This year, the one person you would expect not to play is needed because he does all the little things to win.

Sha'carri would have performed better had she not been in the same semifinal with Alfred. Losing to Alfred in the semi destroyed her confidence. She looked subdued (nervous even) coming to the line.

This wasn't an upset Sha'Carri still came from last place to 2nd place to win silver medal, this also wasn't the usual fast 100m races that Sha'Carri is used to running. This Olympic Finals and Olympic Semi-Final 100m races were slow if you look at the times run by everybody in the race, even Ta'Lou and Dina Asher did bad when Ta'Lou is a beast. Sha'Carri did great and if she had a great start, Julien never would have won this 100m just like she hasn't been able to beat Sha'Carri in other 100m and 200m races throughout the year. The thing is Julien did what she had to do after her Worlds Championships losses to tighten up her races and get faster for the Olympics. People need to understand how nerves and when people are nervous that can break their concentration and success in anything, whether that's a race or a school test. Sha'Carri still qualified for the Olympics with some of the top fastest 100m times in the world and won a medal, therefore she was a success because she achieved a medal in the 100m even with a terrible start and not running her fastest times. Shelly Ann, Elaine, and Shericka are some of the top 100m and 200m dash runners of all time and Elaine didn't run fast enough to make it to anything and Shelly and Shericka dropped out of the 100m and 200m at the Olympics. Sha'Carri is still the 5th Fastest Woman in the 100m dash of all time and won Worlds Fastest Woman at World Championships against Shericka and Shelly Ann regardless of who won this 2024 Olympic Race! What Sha'Carri has been able to overcome and comeback from in her life is simply amazing and a true blessing. Congratulations to Sha'Carri! ❤

The issue with team USA, men’s basketball team is they have too many players that are all NBA players on their team. There are usually two players on the team that no one expects to play. This year, the one person you would expect not to play is needed because he does all the little things to win.

Sha'carri would have performed better had she not been in the same semifinal with Alfred. Losing to Alfred in the semi destroyed her confidence. She looked subdued (nervous even) coming to the line.

Awww...Look at her... I ran the 400 & 800 - that is NOT EASY. I was on the 4X400 too. The work out in college was insane. I remember doing MILE repeats! Like What in the world. In High School I ran the 400, 800, & 1600.
