Inayawan Sanitary Landfill

CEBU. Nearly three months after the Inayawan Sanitary Landfill in Cebu City opened in June 2016, the Department of Public Services said the landfill has accommodated around 600 tons of trash daily. yeah i dont understand everything you wrote, but i agree that this does not look like a sanitary landfill but just like an open dump
