Most people don't realize how difficult this song is to sing. WHAT A BEAST!
It's more difficult when you have to sing the full song and not have to cut it short though, but still what I heard this girl's range is out of his world, I wasn't expecting that at all lol

This was absolutely amazing! I can see her going far in her musical career. It is not easy to cover one of Whitney's songs, and this is a tough one. She absolutely nailed it, and her voice is absolutely amazing! Love it!
It's a shame the winners of this show never go on to "make it". So talented.

This girl has it all to be one of the best singers and voices of all time. She's got the presence, the range, the power, the control, the feel, her own style, and the VOICE. Damn she needs promotion. We need singers like her in this world!!! She's a jewel!
Whitney would have been on her feet cheering for her. However without the promotion, as you mentioned, you just don't go anywhere even with a talent like hers that goes over many of the mega star female singers today. Such a shame.
I've listened to several versions of this song, but I adore this one the most!! The scream of pain and torture blows away my heart. Wonderful job!!

I can still remember myself watching this everyday when I was in sixth grade, oh, still gives me goosebumps.
I ever wondered if she went on the x factor would she have been more recognized? Simon would have jumped to get her signed quite literally and she would have been by far the best singer ever on the x factor since Leona Lewis.
She had a press release saying she didn't like the fame & chose to get away.
That don't make sense, surely she would of realised auditioning on the voice would bring her into the limelight if she didn't like the fame why go on it in the first place?
She didn't know she wouldn't like fame until she actually got famous.

Leanne uses all her range and proves that she is the best, she owns the song and makes it sound incredible.
LOL well if she is trying so hard to be Whitney she is succeeding very much. It is very rare to succeed singing a Whitney song and not only do that but sing clearer than her.

I think she's one the best if not the best singers ever to come out of a TV competition in the UK. I just feel sorry that she never had a chance. She got nowhere near the promotion or investment needed to become successful.
The BBC seem to think that the artist can look after themselves once they win. If you look back in time, artists like Mariah, Whitney and Celine were all given super marketing budgets. It is rumoured Mariah Carey's initial budget at the start of her career was 6 times larger than the biggest artists of that time. That is why they became famous so quickly.
If you don't invest in the artist, you don't get anything back.
This is also one of the reasons the number of talents in The Voice UK has been decreasing: artists think the show won't bring them commercial success

Christina Marie from 2014 was a million times better. And that's every artist luck. Mariah's talent brought her to Tommy so no matter how you slice it Mariah's talent still was what catapulted her into super stardom.
Gareth I feel like it’s more impressive to sing in falsetto than headvoice. It’s more challenging! Head voice is easier to use

OMG , I have listened before . I just came back to it after a week of listening to some of the best performances from all the vocal shows of the pas 3 years . Leeanne is better than them all . This is a superstar . I am blown away again .

Yeah, I was wrong. Ignorance on my part. I'm glad she won though. And she sang it better than the American did this year on The Voice, although the American did a good job.

This woman can sing but this is not her best work.. at the beginning she screeches a bit but gets stronger after the 1:00 mark.. but NO WAY is she better than Whitney. I think her mistake was putting out a Whitney song as a single. If you can't improve or put your own spin on a song no one wants to hear it.
