Trying Traditional Food in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦

- ◼︎In this video, I returned to the first restaurant I visited in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where I met my first two friends, Ibrahim and Abdorahman, at a place called Al-Kofeia. There, I enjoyed some of the best traditional Palestinian and Syrian food. Waleed and Ahmad, along with others, have been incredibly helpful in showing me around the city. Afterward, we went to Go Greek in an outdoor mall to savor some of the best-flavored yogurt. Their guidance and friendship have made my time in Riyadh truly special, allowing me to experience the city's rich culture and delicious cuisine. This video captures the essence of our adventures and the wonderful hospitality I encountered in Riyadh.

Sumac is a tree plant that reaches two meters in length and has clusters that resemble clusters of grapes, but these clusters are small in size and are yellowish-green or yellowish-red in color and have black seeds. It is native to northern Iraq, Turkey, northern Lebanon, Jordan, and part of Iran. Its leaves are green, rounded, and the tree’s stems are thin. The tree’s leaves are eaten by sheep and goats. It is a plant. Naturally, when the seeds or clusters are ground, they turn red or gray-brown in color.

Jameed is basiclly , Pasturised Yogurt , that is covered with salt and dried under the sun. Thats why its very salty. And Makes you super warm.

That last dish is msakhana it’s made from lots sumac lots of onion and chicken and you eat it with bread and dip it in yogurt (the yogurt is a must) we make them in sandwiches tho. So delicious. I think I’m gonna make it today.. sudden craving LOL
