My wish for the next Metallica or the one after : the powerful production of the Black Album, except with the sonic texture of Master of Puppets guitar wise and songs which mix the heavy of Metallica, the thrash of Master and the prog of Justice ! It could be so damn exquisite 🤘😎

I just love how this song is like a combination of styles they’ve had over the years. It has those modern Metallica beats, but overall it feels very much like a Kill ‘em All song, especially giving off that hit the lights vibe. Truly amazing

This track excites me so much for what is to come! It gives off such a feeling of Diamond Head and Motorhead, and Kill Em All energy. April 14th seems like forever away right now.
The phrase «lightning the nation» plus the main double bass drum beat and the «false» restart at the very end are nods to Diamond Head and Motorhead for sure!

it may be just me who sees it but the visuals for this video some times bring the cover of Load to mind which is so cool and hilarious in hindsight recalling the fact that the cover for Load is very literal...
i would love to see another making of documentary for this album as it happened with Hardwired, ive watched it close to 50 times along with the black album one! However i will understand if there is none cause if i recall correctly on a past interview i read somewhere that the majority of the new songs were written in quarantine and there's only so much content one can have from recording Zoom video calls, but here's hoping!
