      Let me add to your knowledge:
      ■ DHA Valley was a joint venture between
      HRL as [ Developers ]
      BTL as [ Land Providers / sales team ]
      DHA as [ name of the project ]
      ■ The project was sold before the purchase of land.
      ■ In 2010, a dam was announced by Punjab Small Dams Organisation in this area, and section 4 was imposed.
      ■ Private land Providers acted in their own accord and shifted land on their own name and later transfered the same to DHA on expensive rates.
      ■ Bahria purchased land in bits and pieces, and some land was taken over by land grabbers in due course.
      ■ some land providers took money but reclaimed the land when their elders passed away ,who actually made those deals.
      ■ Some of DHA employees were also corrupt, including ex uniform people, one such senior individual who shot himself when these cases were being reopened.

      ● While Gandhara land is 100% acquired before launch.
      ● It's not a JV project,
      It's owned by DHA
      Being developed by DHA
      & is being sold by DHA

      1. DHA Valley was launched in 2008, and i joined this market in 2013, so the early recommendations couldn't be done by me.
      When i started asking people to invest in valley starting from 2019, this market sky rocketed from 1st ballot files Rs. 15 lacs to 55 lacs 5 marla and 25 lacs to 80 lacs 8 marla and today it stands at 1st ballot 5 marla at 28 to 35 lacs and 8 marla 45 to 55 lacs.
      2. RUDN was actually a bad recommendation.
      3. PVC Phase 2, we made a few video may be 2 at max but after we realised they have no place in Rawat of which they are not ready to reveal location of, we left it as a lost cause.

    Hi, is the project also known as DHA Phase 8? How far is the land going to be from Top City? I've heard that unballoted plots in Valley might be shifted to this side.
    Lastly, what do you guys think about recent MOUs signed between DHA and Park View City nearly the Margalla Orchards area?

      Consider it DHA Phase 9.
      It's a little far from Top City.
      There is no MoU between DHA & Park View City.
      DHA is developing Margalla Orchards, which is a project of FGEHA in collaboration with the Supreme Court Bar Association.

      Todays development is expensive, land is expensive, and overheads are expensive.
      A company needs to produce more, sell more, and enter into newer contracts to fulfil prior commitments. Otherwise, it would go bankrupt, and the prior liabilities would remain liabilities for good.

      Plus, the discount voucher fraud, the merging fraud, the development discount fraud, the buy back in minus will all be a part of FH2.
