I totally loved this series. I looked forward to each one. You do an excellent job both of you. I love how your boys help and seem to enjoy it. Good job. We are DIYers and have renovated several homes and have done well. The house we are in now is a large brick ranch that sat on the market 9 months as it was stunning when built in 1975 but nothing much had been updated by the people that built it and lived here until their passing in 2019. We sold our beautiful home and moved into this house in April 2020 and are about done, we are 67 and 72 years old and this is our last Reno. We are exhausted, we understand how you feel. I've been watching this little house flip since the beginning and you have both done a phenomenal job on it. Turning it from a little red brick house to a beautiful home. I would totally love to see more of these types of videos and I so enjoy your home videos and projects. Your channel is a joy to come and visit. It calms me actually on difficult days I love to hear the happenings and you are so gracious and calm about it all. The boys have grown in front of my eyes as I remember the tiny little home on the farm where Jaylen worked before you moved. Hi Hannah! Love what you did with the renovation. A little suggestion Maybe turning the of sectional around facing the wall in the back facing the kitchen. Also Maybe putting a little stand right behind the sectional with a runner(rug) in the middle creating a separation between the two spaces.

Great job! If you swap the dinning table and the sofa (put the sofa under the window), you could (possibly) mount a tv on the small brick wall on the sunroom side. It'd be nice bc the other side (where you have the chair) could easily be a play area or desk... Dinning table in the kitchen makes more sense anyway than a sofa

I loved watching the little brick house series and would really enjoy watching another series. We moved into our forever house 14months ago and we have 1 more room and a little hallway to do and then the whole house is done then we can focus on the back garden xx
I loved watching this transformation! Beautiful finishes & lighting, nice job! I would put the dining table in the kitchen area where you have a living room set up, and use that other space as a living room, TV above the reading nook area, place couch mid way in the room with a console table behind it and then a desk/chair/shelf on the back wall, behind couch, if that makes sense!😊

If we didn’t have 3 kids and need more space, we absolutely would have put an offer in. I know it’ll sell super fast though, it’s stunning. You both have done an amazing job. ❤️

So much thoughtful project I must say. I love even though it is so small it has a pantry, a kitchen island with drawers and both rooms has closets it has so many windows it’s bright you guys put so much thought into this project I must say it’s just amazing .

So much thoughtful project I must say. I love even though it is so small it has a pantry, a kitchen island with drawers and both rooms has closets it has so many windows it’s bright you guys put so much thought into this project I must say it’s just amazing .
