Today we are sharing how to make Cantonese style oyster omelette.

Ingredients:
1. Whole Oysters 2 jars
2. Corn Flour
3. All-purpose flour
4. Egg
5. Chopped spring onions
How To:
Prepping Oysters
1. Wash the Oysters Thoroughly (We Are Using Instant Freeze Fresh Oysters)
2. Add Several Spoon of Corn Flour to the Washed Oysters, and gently mix it together. The Corn Flour will Absorb Any Impurities
3. Wash off the Corn Flour and Let It Dry
Prepare the Batter
1. Add in chopped Spring Onions
2. Add 3 Tablespoon of Flour
3. Add 3 Tbsp of Corn Flour
4. Add 1 Egg
5. Add Some Water
6. Mix the Batter
7. Add More Water or Flour Based on Your Preference
8. Add the Oysters Right Before Making the Pancake
Cook
1. Add More Oil to Prevent the Pancake from Sticking to the Wok
2. Pour in the Batter
3. Rotate the Wok to Prevent Pancake from Sticking
4. Flip the Pancake and Cook Both Side Evenly
