Great video, very informative! Keep them coming! Thank You
Thanks for the kind words!
Thanks to this video, you saved my dyson from an early trip to the junkyard. Thank you !!
Glad I could help!
Thank you so much. Someone actually threw out their dyson and I recovered it. The top suction worked but the bottom did not. You video that explained about the change over hose was my solution to fixing it! Everything was fine but there was a tooth floss stick stuck inside where the hose changes over that was preventing the change over from top to bottom. I removed it and twala! I now have a $300 dollar vacuum for free! Once again, thank you!
Glad to help!
Hey, I just took all those steps and I now have suction! THANK YOU!
Glad I could help!
Awesome detail. Learned a lot about my vacuum and likely saved me some $$$$$.
Glad I could help!
Thank you sir! We would have been without a Dyson for 2-3 weeks and an unhappy wife (fixing a broken plastic part with the tricky spring)! Downtime was only 2hrs!
Glad I could help!
Thank you so much for this video! This showed me where to look and solved the problem and undoubtedly saved me a repair bill! Many thanks Sir!
Happy to help and save you a few bucks. Cheers!
Thanks for sharring the simple steps. I was able fix the valve issue just following your suggestions.
That's great. Happy to help!
Very helpful. I found a sock lodged on the brush roller. Excellent video.
Awesome! So glad it helped.
Thank you mine is now fixed legend
Happy to help!
thank you so much, it worked so well 🙂
Glad it helped!
Thanks. Mine just clogged, so I am here. I love the Dyson 65 for its lightweight and maneuverability. Do you have any recommendations for conventional vacuums that uses a bag? I have a household with two cats. The D65 works fine other than today's [perceived] clog that I'll check out over the weekend. EDIT: oh wow, thanks. I see you have a playlist of recommended vacs. ;)
Howdy! If you are looking in the mid-price range for something that is close in price to the Dyson, I would recommend either the Riccar R25D or the Sebo Dart. Both are really fantastic machines. If you would like more information, feel free to drop me an email at hov@thehouseofvacs.com. Thanks!
So how does one clean that clogged cyclone fine filter you ended the video with? Do I have to replace that whole assembly?
Nevermind! I figured out how to pop out that fine mesh filter section that was super clogged.
Good to hear. Thanks for reaching out!
hey matt could you do a service video on a dyson big ball cinectic
I'll keep my eyes peeled for one!
Thanks
Happy to help!
Looks like both filters were replaced. The hepa usually has carbon dust on it. Dyson should make the cyclones easy to access so the customer can service.
I agree, the cyclones should be user serviceable!
Not sure you realize the music makes it difficult to hear you. And for anyone with hearing disabilities, this will chase them away with the repetitive. Thank you for info
Thanks for watching and the feedback!
😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱
I completely agree...
i dont know why people but this junk .When did a simple machine like a vacuum cleaner turn into this monstrous pile of crap
Ain't that the truth!
Thanks for the comment and watching!
