Ok I have just finished reading Snow and Rose. Am ordering off amazon now. 15/10 good book, and the illustrations are amazing too. I would recommend for anyone, also a good book to read to small children. I will cherish this book forever.

Books by Jackie Morris are lovely - she is best known for her collaboration with Robert McFarland on The Lost Words and The Lost Spells but she has written and illustrated her own fairytales. Snow and Rose is also one of my favorites!
