In all honesty I happen to really enjoy that show. It's just a fun way of entertaining people. And not to sound pessimitic or rude, but I have seen one or two singers on the show who maybe should have turned down their mike. And there's no reason for not admiring someone else for a talent they possess. It's more the fact that he's not a professional and he sounds like he is. As far as the comment to yourself, I've never heard you sing so I can't give my opinion on that.
there's a malay version of this show called jangan lupa lirik (literal translation).Its practically new, i have yet to see a contestant whose voice is as good as paul vann's but then again this isnt a singing competition :)
