I have never seen such a great diorama collection display such as this. Absolutely amazing! I felt like I was walking through the Smithsonian exhibit of all that is cool. Thank you
I'm feel sorry for all other collectors who are missing diorama's. These really take displays to the next level. All I can think of to add to this is maybe lighting effects like a visual reveal from dark to full lit scene. Great stuff
Love this collection, am really into dioramas and backdrops. Have many myself, thanks for showing and will never get bored watching this. 😊 Amazing!!!!
Beautiful work. It sure is a great hobby like you say to keep the mind occupied. Most of my dioramas centre around the OT Tattoine and Death Star. But I'm finally building Jabba's throne room for my brother. I gotta admit that lockdown kick started me on all of it...
@@echo.base.collectibles Actually back in about 2010 I built my first Death Star diorama because I had amassed Imperials from several of our toy fairs. Basic dioramas printed on cardboard but etched out to give depth and added lighting. It got wrecked when I moved but we have so much more to work with today especially with digital printing. And just before the pandemic and constant lockdowns, I did make Tocche Station. I made it with what you guys call Drywall. We call it Gyprock in Australia. It's thick and sturdy and can be carved and trimmed. With a good hobby knife you can carve cracks into the walls and weather them up to look dynamic...
Excellently curated collection! Are still using detolfs? I keep hearing about moducases and custom garage racks for display, but haven't taken the leap from detolfs yet. I still like the story each little cube in a detolf tells. Any 2.0 tours planned?
Ohh the large Rey print in the office area, Sorry i forgot about that because i got rid of it a year ago. But I made that my self, I owned a sign company at the time so I printed, laminated and framed that myself.
If you have kids you will never be able to leave them while you go on holidays. If they invite their friends over then this collection could be ruined.

Imagine this guys electric bill.
It's not bad, the LED lights are very very low voltage. 😁
Can I ask where you got that Rey art? It’s gorgeous!!!
Which Rey art are you referring too?
