I find the comments in this video to be interesting. If it worked for him, then that’s all that matters. He sought help, found a tool and evolved with it. The auditing he's referring to is you sitting with an Auditor and recalling your life. As you replay these events, you will experience your emotional charge towards them begin to lessen. That's why he said he used to be scared of everything before and isn't anymore. He replayed the event so many times over in his head using techniques from auditing that it doesn't even matter anymore. That's what Dianetics is. Scientology is some other shit that I have no interest in. However, the books L. Ron Hubbard has written have been very helpful.
