Thanks to Gavin, I spent $359 of my side hustle money on a refurb minipro with a warranty plan. Haven't invested in the handlebar yet, but good video... Thanks guys!
Quick question for you! The little mount piece at the bottom (red) that you take the allen head screws out of... on my MiniPro its super stuck on there. Screws are out, but it still won't come off! How did you get yours off?
You can adjust the calibration, but generally not enough to compensate for the extra weight. There are videos of people adding counter-balance weights to correct this. I may consider that with my Ninebot S, but I don't really find this a problem. I'm not likely to leave my Segway unattended anywhere.
I just added a different brand handlebar to my Ninebot S. Same principle, and I think it improves it a lot. I miss a little bit the kind of free "flying" feeling of riding with hands free, but with the handlebar it feels a lot more stable and I feel more in control. One side comment on the video: I don't know why people feel obligated to fill silence with techno-music. I find it mildly irritating and always mute it out. Silence is OK!
Thank you for this video, I am evaluating to buy one of this hoverboard with handle but I wanna make sure if I can ride easily since I never did before
Thanks for watching... I will say, My son liked it before and I like it now. It feels more stable to me to have a handle. Probably just personal thing.
I'm with Shawn. The bar makes it feel a lot more stable to me. It is almost like riding a $6000 original Segway Personal Transport for 10% of the price.
@@Norberto600 Here is a link to the part of this video right after I took mine off:ruclips.net/video/q1hVXmJqpvg/видео.html . See how there is a silver post sticking out? Pull the red part straight forward off of that post. Maybe use some WD-40 and attach the knee bar pack for leverage.
Are you talking about the rubber/plastic plug or the 2 screws holding the bracket? The plug should pop out. The screws were very tough. Then the bracket should slide out.
Thanks for sharing the handlebar, need something to hold while riding. Good accessories.
They are great.
Keep up the good work, enjoy your hard work in putting the handle bar together👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you!

Great job! Thanks!
The question is how do you make it balance after upgrade without running forward without the rider?
You can adjust calibration in the app

Walter Ramirez is a segway

How did you take out the original bar.
qrazie2 there is a clamp that holds the bar, release the clamp, then remove the 2 screws.
qrazie2 exactly...me too
I'm partialy paralized but i can stand the handle i think would permit me to ride this.
Maybe... That would be awesome! I saw a guy at the mall with a modded segway with a chair on it. livingspinal.com/power-assists/going-seated-segway/
Hay how did you get the red thing off of the Segway-Ninebot to put the new one on mine won’t come off.

@@shawnfoxhorn no I have the screws out the red metal part will not come off
Nice
Thank you!
I got the handlebar and it don't fit
What part didn't fit? Did you take the original res bart off of your segway? It should be a tight fit. Maybe use some WD40 to slide it on?
I wanted one. But I exceed the weight limit
Hello dude..Can you upload a comparison between canon m50 & pana g7 in 4k AF video. We really want to see that.
I have a video like that already. You can see it here; ruclips.net/video/JdEUD69ze0A/видео.html&lc=Ugx4YdmeckpcLOHDPYh4AaABAg
@@shawnfoxhorn thats in 1080p AF
THE LINK FOR THE ACTUAL SEGWAY IS NO GO. =)
Shawn that has a weight limit of 220, your voiding the warranty
Everybody knows the camera adds 10 pounds
HELL NO, the handlebar is stupid, and will not allow the mini to stand by itself... Dumb idea...
