Would appreciate it very much.
We see such cases frequently in OPD and management of such cases sometimes result in hypoglycemia and not sure how to set up an IV infusion.

Indian scenario day by day becoming resistant to antibiotics that’s why combination is must. Also we prescribe on the basis of Widal report. But gold standard is Do blood culture sensitivity and then prescribe antibiotic accordingly, which general patients don’t want that’s why physicians give combinations.
