even if you don't react to his music, do yourself a HUGE favor and dive into this guy's music. I'm 56 and only learned of this guy 5 years ago. Have seen him play live a few times and he's the real deal and then some. And you're spot on....he makes that guitar talk. there is a shit ton of magic in that bucket. best stories you'll ever hear without a word being uttered. oh and not too shabby for someone that has massive stage fright, hence the mask and bucket. I'm telling you, this guy is beyond anything I've ever heard.
Idk if anyones mentioned this, but Soothsayer, was written for his aunt. The woman who bought him his first guitar. Who was dying of cancer, and did pass away. She got to hear this song before she went. So, there is a ton of emotion behind this song. Incredible song through and through. The story behind the song, and him being her soothsayer on her death bed and letting her know that she enabled a life he never could have imagined.
Buckethead - Jordan live @ the culture room next... Buckethead plays all the genres. Blues, Metal, Shred, Jazz fusion, Pop..you name it, he masters it.
@HumayunQureshi Jason Richardson is the only one who comes close to Brian Carroll. I have to agree Buckethead is by far the world's best guitarist of all time.
@timothybyrom5560 I enjoy watching/Hearing all the different versions too. I'm pissed off Deezer (Higher fidelity, but like Spotify) doesn't have more Buckethead songs.
Yeah I'm always a fan of guitar solo with no words, only really started listening to him a few days ago, this is one of my new favorites forsure. Man I'd love to see him in person, only reason I really checked it out is because he use to be with guns n roses for a few years so I decided to check him out. Glad I did, this dude is amazing man.
What a great reaction. Loved watching your facial expressions change 😂. I only discovered Bucket like nearly 2 years ago and he’s easily my favourite guitarist now. I wish I could go back to the day I discovered him. Was up all night on RUclips and I’ve been listening to him every day ever since. Mind blowing! Also check out his band The Deli Creeps from the early 90s.
Buckethead is what happens when you get a very reclusive person, with natural skill, that spends all of the time you spend watching shows/TikToks/insert time wasting things here, practicing the guitar. He has recorded and released a ridiculous amount of music.
Once heard the myth of Buckethead squeezing a little man's head with his mighty left hand grip, literally pushing the brains out of the ear holes. Be smart squiggy.
I wonder how many times Buckethead goes into a guitar center dressed as his alter ego and tests out a guitar, and someone tells him he's as good as Buckethead and just shrugs it off
if you want to melt your brain check out him les claypool from primus and bernie worrell from parliament. Also, i really want to see what the tabs for this look like lol
Buckehead is the only artist I know of that has put out at least one album per month (on average) for over 30 years straight. No other musician on Earth has a catalog like that. Not even close.
One little tip, do more buckethead reactions, and do the studioversion. Not that he isn't good live, he is live a monster. I know a lot of songs from him and i can say the studioversions are filled with detail you cant hear live.
The greatest of all time. Guitarist stick to their one style/sound. Brian Patrick Carroll is the one guitarist to rule them all….he has mastered all genres, no other can say anything close. He can thrash your metal harder than anyone you have seen in your entire life.
The first time you said GD I thought "if you don't think that at least twice then you must have not paid attention." (Not you, like I'd say that to anyone that hasn't heard it)
This is not the best version. Yesterday, March 27, 2024, Buckethead produced their 656th album. He is the most prolific, talented and modest musician alive. I recommend Animal Behavior, Siege Engine, Interworld and the New Innocence, etc. Thank you for the post and the reactions
Buckethead is an amazing guitarist!!
Putting it sooo lightly

Amen brother
I've only recently got on the Buckethead train. But he's easily my favorite guitarist, sorry Jimmy and Eddie.
A really clean guitar solo can bring tears to my eyes. Bucket has me crying my eyes out in his solo!
The best commentary I ever saw about Buckethead, I mean, the bass and drum being like a spine and Buckethead going around... that's the spirit

It's my favorite Buckethead song.

any time I hear this song live it brings me to tears! one of the best songs by one of the best guitarists ever!
No-one comes close to Buckethead. He's still releasing several albums every week.
@HumayunQureshi Jason Richardson is the only one who comes close to Brian Carroll. I have to agree Buckethead is by far the world's best guitarist of all time.
I know this is a pretty mainstream thing to say but Marty Friedman easily. His phrasing is unlike any other. That or Jason Becker.
@@firemonkey1015 I love both of them, too, and have been listening to them for 20+ years. In my world, though, Buckethead reigns supreme. :)
He's like a player piano. Pull the lever, start the machine, and every note comes out perfect.
Definitely not a machine. Listen to all the different versions of Soothsayer, and you'll see that everyone is different.
@HawgRiderBC But perfect.
@timothybyrom5560 I enjoy watching/Hearing all the different versions too. I'm pissed off Deezer (Higher fidelity, but like Spotify) doesn't have more Buckethead songs.
I love your reaction😄
Bucketheads music is life😊
I've only listened to Buckethead a couple of times before, but the dude's guitar skills are phenomenal!
I cried the first time i watched that video. Sooo much emotion
soothsayer's easily up there with stairway to heaven and the likes
Fun fact: Paul Gilbert, the legend behind Technical Difficulties actually taught Buckethead how to play guitar wheb they were both young.
I freakin love this song I’ve been listening to it religiously since about 2008 it’s crazy how good it is
You should really check out his song "hold me forever" from pike 65. He wrote it after his mom died, I believe, and it is just packed with emotion.
One of the best GG uitarists currently playing!
He tells stories through just a guitar

Buckethead makes every other guitar player on Earth realize they truly are Amateurs! 😂
What a great reaction. Loved watching your facial expressions change 😂. I only discovered Bucket like nearly 2 years ago and he’s easily my favourite guitarist now. Buckethead is not of this world, nor it's dimension. Buckethead is a literal Anunnaki God of the guitar. Behold his Power.
Buckethead is the BEST
summed it up perfect
Buckethead is amazing, Former Guns n Roses guitar player
Who quit because the band was so unprofessional.
Bucket head is the undisputed champion of the world!
Buckethead is what happens when you get a very reclusive person, with natural skill, that spends all of the time you spend watching shows/TikToks/insert time wasting things here, practicing the guitar. He has recorded and released a ridiculous amount of music.
My absolute favorite version. GODLY.....that's all I can say...GODLY!!!!
Bucket.
Head.
What a great version of Soothsayer.
✌️😎
Thank you.
You mentioned liquid tension experiment I believe the same guitarist you are talking about is in Dream Theater. John Petrucci?
The lady dancing on stage is actually Mrs. Buckethead.
I hope this is real 😂 did Buckethead ever marry?
Nice OSU Logo Tat! Go Bucks1
Besides that, Bucket Head is a Force to be Reckoned with... Your analogy is right on.
Your reaction is very appropriate. :-)
Ozzy wanted him but without the bucket....ozzies loss
He's super prolific as well. Charges pennies for them too.
Once heard the myth of Buckethead squeezing a little man's head with his mighty left hand grip, literally pushing the brains out of the ear holes. Be smart squiggy.
I dare you to listen to his discography, you won't come out the other side the same!
thats the longest version of "soothsayer" Ive heard, he never plays that song exactly the same, super talented musician
Buckethead is great. He's a legend. 😆
You should check out Jason Richardson - Titan.
Look into what his guitar is all about ❤ Les Paul and him got it going on
Your favorite guitarist’s favorite guitarist
Fuckin aye yes,,bim a truck driver, and easily have over 100K miles listening to his library.
Corey taylor released new single called beyond from his upcoming solo album, sound great imo
I wonder how many times Buckethead goes into a guitar center dressed as his alter ego and tests out a guitar, and someone tells him he's as good as Buckethead and just shrugs it off
He's an alien behind a mask
if you want to melt your brain check out him les claypool from primus and bernie worrell from parliament. Also, i really want to see what the tabs for this look like lol
He chooses not to be famous. He was in Guns N Roses literally 2 years and was like, I’m good. Left to do solo. Legend.
He was around long before he joined Guns 'N Roses
@@SuperGForce01 Obviously, I know that.
Buckehead is the only artist I know of that has put out at least one album per month (on average) for over 30 years straight.

I hope that guitar was 18😂😭
One little tip, do more buckethead reactions, and do the studioversion. Not that he isn't good live, he is live a monster. I know a lot of songs from him and i can say the studioversions are filled with detail you cant hear live.
thank you. there are actually people, who will not listen to this guy, simply because he wears a bucket and/or mask...
Buckethead is awesome, I recommend Nottingham Lace and Jordan by him as well :D
The greatest of all time. Guitarist stick to their one style/sound. Brian Patrick Carroll is the one guitarist to rule them all….he has mastered all genres, no other can say anything close. He can thrash your metal harder than anyone you have seen in your entire life.
🕵🕵🎵🎵
Вообще круто жарит !!!!
and dude's not even tryin' ...he's like Carlos Santana mixed with Steve Vai and Joe Satriani
The first time you said GD I thought "if you don't think that at least twice then you must have not paid attention."
(Not you, like I'd say that to anyone that hasn't heard it)
What's wrong with bucketheads as a name?? Perhaps you'd like something boring like Brian Carol or something??
had to pick the worst audio recording version of all time! lol Sounds like I am listening through a wall of concrete and padding.
This is not the best version. Yesterday, March 27, 2024, Buckethead produced their 656th album. He is the most prolific, talented and modest musician alive. I recommend Animal Behavior, Siege Engine, Interworld and the New Innocence, etc. Thank you for the post and the reactions
Where you live in a cave.
You guys are way behind. You need to get up to date
Dan wtf are these uploads! Has to be stupid patreon requests. Missin out on some serious bangers coming out.
speak better of buckethead
Bucketheads music speaks to one's soul. Only the soul less don't understand Bucketheads music.😊
I pity you
Zelenskyy loves listening to Buckethead?🤌🤘
