For those curious, here's the gist of the event story (not a full translation, and I might have some details wrong): The pubmaster asks if you, as skilled adventurers, would be interested in investigating a nearby pirate hideout. When you agree, he leads you there. You meet Selma, who says that while her father is away she's the leader of the pirates... then asks if that sounds convincing. She's not of age to take over the crew yet, but she does want to see if you can find her hidden treasure, and comes along to watch you try. Doing so involves finding 3 shells (all in a pile, it seems) and placing them into a set of holes in the right order. There, you find Selma's treasure... and her father's corpse. Selma rushes out of the room. This next part is a little unclear. You find a note on the corpse from "the Emperor", asking... someone, either you or the dead man, to take care of his daughter, Princess Selma, who is destined to someday become Empress herself. At this point, either the Emperor, the dead man, or Hawke(?!) wonders if he, a simple pirate, is fit for this task. Outside, a beast tries to attack the unresponsive Selma, but you intervene. This leads to the battle with the Sabertooth Tiger you see in the video. Afterwards, the room fills with more beasts, more than you can handle. She says she needs to get through this, so she can assemble a crew of her own. She says. "I am... the pirate chief!", with such intensity that the beasts flee. She asks to come with you, which is what her father would have wanted (so I guess that letter was written to you). That's just the first part, translating some bits I didn't understand was exhausting enough that I'm gonna save the dragon portion of the event for later. The main point I could glean from just watching is that the Elder Dragon you fight turns into Selma's father, who is unconscious and rests in the bed at the new player house (we Skyrim now) you get afterwards.
I think the "Emperor" is the White Emperor from Emperors SaGa. Weird, I think the White Emperor is revived in Emperors SaGa? Well, I'm expecting a new character in the next version.
