@@Flipping50TV I thought you were having your dog helping kind of like having someone sit on your feet when you do situps. My dog wants to be in the same room too.
Just in time. My X-rays show huge degenerative and arthritic facet problems in neck and lumbar region. I have been big into weights and HIIT but the pain has had me hitting the internet for safe exercise. This is a great start. Thanks!
I love this video to work the abs. It doesnt seem to be so hard to do. I have back pain bc I think I injured my spine doing those leg lifts touching the floor and lifting them up. This is a perfect exercise for my spine and abs. Thank you so much 😊
I really liked these exercises and I'd like to know how long I should do them for since the last time I did abs work-out was 3 months ago. Also should I do them every day?
I have Diastasis Recti from pregnancy. I'd like to know if these exercises are safe to do with that. I'd like to strengthen my core and close that gap and avoid doing anything that can make it worse. BTW I love your little sidekick there. SO cute :)
Did her exercises for awhile. My back was hurting. Watched a video about the worst exercises for back pain and sure enough her exercises - Russian twist, lowering legs exercises, were on the list. She is a very friendly and some exercises are not hurtful but it is irresponsible to recommend exercises that could be harmful.
Ask the doc! Definitely if she's/he's telling you what not to do...the doc is telling you what to do. The spur is in the spine...the core muscles still would need stimulation..I would clarify the advice you got so you know what to do. This sounds very unclear and leaves you in limbo! Standing bracing work perhaps... water walking forward and back and sideways. (check out an episode of Flipping 50 TV - episode 9 www.flippingfifty.com

I tried this but I have a spine spur the doctor tells me not to engage. These core exercises engage the spur. Any recommendations?

That is so sweet, my boy isn't that calm yet. Good work out buddy.
LOL! He's good for smiles for sure!
Your dog is so Cute!!!.... I would like to ask you if can you make a video for how to lose back fat... Thank you 😀
Many times back fat (depending on type /placement of fat on back) can be due to poor thyroid function. Exercise , yes, but clean diet is optimal.
Sweet puppy.
