WORKER has dipped into making a true NERF sidearm: a dual wieldable foam flinging pistol that you can just take out of the box and it works. The Nightingale offers you a comfortable mag-in-grip pistol style with a snappy trigger and even snappier motors. It does feature a new, "slim" angled Talon man... but that is a far superior design in my opinoin. I absolutely have to pick up a second one the moment Out of Darts starts selling them...

I can't get enough, I admire your pure love for your game and dedication to it, your review style and energy is addictive. Hey so I just watched your video of the warden shotgun and while the blaster itself was garbage I’d like see if you can make a custom revolver style nerf gun that incorporates the handle in someway or perhaps a terminator style flip shotgun with tube loading for capacity, or really just any personal projects/ mods , an interesting series idea would be talking about blasters new or old and how you would improve it and then modding it for proof of concept

I like this new mag design hopefully this means we will see more mag in grip designs from the 3d printer community.
Also the blaster looks like you could use it to take someone's temperature.
The flypoint is the only 3d printed blaster I've seen with the mag in grip design

I really dig this one. The zinc helped me not be so against proprietary mags and this is definitely something I’d love to get my hands on.

4:16 I'm totally with you here, I'd much prefer a smaller blaster that looks distinctly _not_ like a firearm. Maybe that looks more akin to a 'legally distinct' Type-2 banana phaser from TNG/DS9/Voyager.
It's not like recoil is a meaningful problem for a dart blaster, so while a tried and true design, that sort of grip assembly is not really needed for recoil management. Then replacing the magazines feed with an electrical release rather than a mechanical one would let you swap out the trigger for a simple button. Which in turn could be top-mounted to press with the thumb rather than under-mounted for the index finger, changing the profile entirely. And not having a trigger is an immediate sign even to a layperson that this _can not be_ a firearm.
Designing the electrical release would be...not trivial but shouldn't be that bad. But it would introduce another moving part that would be a potential point of failure.

Except for the fact that the mk 2 has a very unusual design where the pusher is very short and integrated directly onto the lower front of its oval plunger tube. The design allows a thinner plunger tube for the same volume and virtually eliminates the dead space that most pusher breaches have since they have to go through the top of the magazine.
This lets the mk 2 hit a lot harder for its size, but it requires that the feed lips be hinged so the plunger tube can pass over them. a detachable magazine for the blaster would either have to integrate that whole top assembly into each one or have some kind of door on top that allows the darts to move freely up once inserted, and closes when the mag is removed.

This is a really neat blaster! It could make a good replacement for my failed Dessert Pigeon Mk8 build, especially in the blue and orange colour scheme, which I think looks so cool! I’m also looking into the fire at though, and it might have to be that or this. Thanks for the video Walcom! 💙💜

Preordered this blaster, really excited to try it with some cut down waffles and see how it does. The performance is great for a sidearm, mag capacity and the new mag is pretty sweet too.

Wow, that blaster is cool. The shape reminds me of Leon Kennedy's VP-70 AKA The Matilda. It only needs the compensator and the burst auto stock that comes along with it. At least you got the extended mag. 1 less problem i guess

Worker fixed their mags!!! They put in 2 mag caches for multiple types of guns, 1 for pistol style, another for SMG style in the rear… I am happy for worker, this new mag should be the standard pistol mag moving forward for all moders

I have been binging your vids ever since, bc you are so entertaining and your editing is great! Hey walcom, how does the blaster fair when it comes to spamming fire? For instance if you were playing hvz and have to quickly fire several rounds quickly. I have found desert pigeons to be really finicky on trying to do this smoothly.

Hey walcoms7, did you know that you can put a stock hammershot spring in a jolt?!
You just have to make the spring fit on the priming bar and pad the plunger head and it hits like a truck
