The downside of Barrio Barretto is the busy National Highway that runs through it, you have to stay aware of the traffic. You did miss a few!

Yes subic at night is good ..plan your visit first...u can get a taxi from a hotel in Manila to subic for 5k pesos...

Yes there is ..but don't expect a nice clean room...the cheaper the worse it gets ...I always book the ..pub hotel its on barretto highway..it's beside everything.. good luck my friend
