for 52M, this not what to expect for sure, if you can compare to the duplex apartment in Parklands
I think the overpricing is because of all the amenities like the meeting area, which is quite amazing by the way.
Knowing I could get a more contemporary house in Parklands, a duplex for that matter, under the same price, then this is not a first priority, honestly.
