Some good advice on here especially regards to visualisation. My living for the past 8 years has been betting on horse racing. My job is to predict future outcomes in chaotic events with many variables. I do this by studying data but also visualisation, I visualise how I expect the race to pan out. I was kinda forced into it as I had no job prospects and just taught myself. I can relate to some of the issues on these podcasts. Many don't know that bookmakers will restrict successful gamblers to pennies or just ban them, they only want losers. So in order to get money down you need people to help you, some of those people will mug you off and take your winnings. I choose to take the L and move on. It's only money and my freedom is priceless. Do what you enjoy, train your mind to think positive, and visualise. I know it sounds clichéd but it works.
I've done a long time, longer than Ben and also changed my life around. I didn't realise he did his prison on a healthcare wing as we were on the main stream wings. Healthcare was always a softer environment as people who couldn't handle the wings would go there. I'm happy he's heading on the right path. Don't get it mixed up, healthcare is a safe environment, the wings arnt.
@HMP Prison T.V I was in Brixton in 2016 when the hostage taking video leaked to ITV news at ten and the whole jail was raided by the home office the next day. I ate my memory and SIM cards and sat back watching the biggest raid I've ever seen. All because the kids were uploading to social media. Brought us all ontop. Madness.
@Thomas j francis Harder They Come bro I remember sitting in segregation on good order and discipline for months on end. Nowdays these kids get a governor and Dr to check they're ok daily plus they scrapped goad with only short segregation time allowed. Snowflake generation. They even cry when the electric blows on their TVs. At least before TVs people read books and had half a brain.

I had so many laughs playing cards listening to late night love on my handheld Sony radio, heating the batteries to squeeze a bit more life into them. Yeah nowdays nobody sticks up for the underdog or takes care of pad thieves. I'm too old for it all now but I think Brixton is a good laugh but Wanno and the Ville are toilets. Speaking of toilets Wayland was a huge lavatory. Hope you stay out as it's a zoo inside now with these kids that have no morals.
My aunt was a foster carer in Eastbourne years ago, she still lives there along with another sister of my mother and quite a few cousins, yeah Langley sure my cousin's Daniel and Stephen Hughes lived in or near Langley, Paul Graham, Kris Graham.
Really good podcast very positive and I felt it when he said he didn't pick up a book untill he did 90 day seg couse I myself didnt untill I did a 28 days block 4 man unlock and reading the books I read calmed me and changed my life for the better it gave me a better vocabulary and helped my thinking process , but good lads peace bros
I got recalled on suspicion I may cause harm wile intoxicated after doing 3 years went back for another year had to go for parole every 6 months for been pissed
prison is worse than mental hospital trust me, the worst thing about mental hospital is you don't have a release date, but the environment in prison is a different kettle of fish and much more dangerous
