I just bought a used 2015 LTZ with 70k miles on it. It's like new and I love it. The Transmission learns your driving style. The tow package automatically adjusts the trans and shocks for the weight of the trailer your pulling. Would recommend an aftermarket cold air intake. The stock one doesn't let the motor and intake manifold breath properly. I highly recommend the 2015-2018 Silverado's. God knows I looked at a ton of them before I bought mine.

At that time I saved $4k on the price and about $3-4k on financing. I'm the type of person that would never buy a brand new vehicle, you can buy one a year old in perfect condition with a few miles on it and save thousands. Also hard to find a good deal from a dealership, they don't want cash anymore. They want that finance money. I found a few but they sold fast.
@@iphone3gsdivine One, the infotainment system acted up like there was a ghost in it. Something to do with the touch sensor. Other than that just regular maintenance. ohh.. I did buy one of those plugs to turn off 4 cylinder mode for short drives around town and such. Was like $60.
Just bought a 2015 Ltz with 100k. Right away the computer that’s linked to the tranny failed. Literally the 1st day. The dealership replaced it and it’s been smooth sailing so far. I love the truck already. Like new and I’m watching this video to see what the hell all the buttons do 😂
Ole Roost has this truck, which is now putting out little over 650hp, these are very nice trucks front to back. They are so easy to make alot of power with, Chevy LS motors rock
@@moparcharger8642 it's a great truck. I have zero issues with it. I was torn between the Ford 150 or the Chevy but I'm glad I got the Silverado. Stay away from the 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 unless you want to do a HID conversation kit on the headlights. The lighting is so poor on that model you literally cannot see at night and worse if it's raining at night. I had the 2014 and once I put a conversion kit on the lighting was superb. Overall the 14 GMC Sierra is a great truck, better than my Silverado and I would still have it had a tractor trailer not totalled it for me on November 8 of last year. Still love the Chevy but miss the higher quality of stuff in the GMC.
I hate the shelves on the doors because I always fill mine with junk lol, have to go through it every few months to clear it out.. guess thats my personal problem haha
Are the paddles on the steering wheel linked to the manual shifter? I may have missed that part. I noticed them on mine. I’ve had the truck a total of four days so I’m still learning all the features lol

GM charges enough for these trucks so why the hell do they not at least put HID lights in the projector housings!!!? or even a dual projector housing with HID lights? Shit, base model genesis coupes, toyota camry's even come with HID lights in there projector housings.

Dont know if im a big fan of the front of the truck, but i do love the back end, and defiantly the interior with the lovely brown leather seats.
I do like the tundra but with this LTZ package, and the durability and reliability of the Silverado, I like this better

Brake controller comes on the 3/4 ton and 1 ton only
