Working with a Co Emcee

Working with a Co-Emcee will happen very often in the careers of most professional emcees, I dare say, especially female emcees.
For some weird reason, many event owners feel women need 'support', but that is not the story for today.
Whether both emcees are of the same gender or not, the ultimate desire is for the event to proceed as desired, and for the outcomes to exceed client expectations.
It is therefore imperative for the co-emcees to have a cordial relationship that translates to a good energy flow during the event.
