- This idea came from the (as always) rumor about a scrapped Bane solo film, and iv always found his back story intriguing. As for the cast, theres no real specific characters apart from Bane but my initial idea is Jonathan Pryce is the priest /classical mentor to young Bane, Trejo is Trogg, Bardem is the head of the cartel who basically forces Bane to work for him as his muscle. Bautista isnt the the ideal actor I would pick but his short performance in Blade Runner was fantastic and ultimately he has the most ideal footage, as always comment, share and enjoy!

It seems like a No Country for Old man movie but with Bane, i see the parallels , utterly love this
Now THIS is how you make a DC villain solo movie. No shying so far away from the comic that its only the character in name. No trying to superground it and make venom just some HGH or something. Danny was my pick for Bane way back in 2011 when I heard he was the villain for TDKR. Dave would be a great Bane :)
Thank you, iv always found Banes back story to be intriguing as well as tragic, the fact that even before he was born, he was condemned to a place due to his father sins and he had to bear them, then after years of honing himself hes forced to basically become a drug addict so that he can become an enforcer for the cartel and how he overcomes that and becomes the man we know would make a great story

@@solyentbrak1 I think that 2 in the way of Joker in the movie we will see a younger Jonathan Crane is a deranged, criminally insane teenage psychopath and anarchist. He is the son of the late Gerald and Karen Crane. As a child, his mother died in a house fire, causing his father to try to stop fear until his inevitable death. Not long before this, his father injected his son with the serum he made, which overloaded Jonathan's fear response causing his mind to create a boogeyman of what he feared the most, a scarecrow, driving him insane. The movie should be set in the '70s and early '80s in New York and Chicago (Gotham) earlier than the Joker movie no Batman or Bruce Wayne per haps Thomas Wayne cameo.The movie could be influenced by Donnie Darko or Requiem for a dream or even It 2017? just like Joker was influenced by Taxi Driver and The King of Comedy.
+For the actor i have thinking of Charlie Heaton (The New Mutants,Stranger Thing) as the younger Jonathan Crane and Jeffrey Combs (Re-Animator) i think that should be perfect the movie will be younger Jonathan Crane in High school like the Batman TAS episode but also dealing with his father issues and later set in Arkham Asylum where is terrorize the inmates.Then we could se a Batman presence.

Interesting concept my man! Dave Batista was always my choice for Bane when Ben Affleck’s solo film was announced like a few years ago.

This was great. Especially loved the shot of Cable (meant to be Bane) walking with the Teddy Bear on his belt. Loved that nod. Also the mask is a very great addition in how realistic it feels

Bane, the Scarecrow, and the Riddler are my favorite choices to star in the next DC Black movie.

Since he posted that pic of himself out of WB with the Dream Catcher (DC) hashtag , mixed with the rumours hes joining Gunns Suicide Squad, people have been thinking hes going for Bane, hopefully!

This is fantastic! I absolutely loved the color correction and the nod with Bane's teddy bear. At first I was skeptical about Bautista as Bane but your trailer proves how perfect he'd be.

Osito would have to be in any Bane movie, esp as Christopher Nolan ignored that with Tom Hardy's Bane.

Damn, this was so true to the character and I loved every second of it! This is a movie I never thought I needed.
Thank you! I just ideally wanted to cast an actor of the correct nationality but i wouldnt have a problem if Bautista took the role, I deleted some scenes of his father helping the rebels as well which I might add into a full trailer if I make it
@@solyentbrak1 Yeah it fits very nicely with his backstory, I think more of these solo films would be fascinating as hell (hence why I made a Mr. Freeze one haha). Whatever you plan will be great as always!

Would love to see you make a trailer for Leigh Whannel's upcoming Wolfman movie! It stars Ryan Gosling and is said to be in the same vein as Jake Gyllenhaal's Nightcrawler but with a supernatural twist and I think you'd absolutely kill it. = D

Awesome take! They should do a solo Bane movie with a heavy lean on his Mexican roots. There’s so much potential there for an awesome thriller/action/crime movie. You could have the origin story with Bane’s upbringing in prison, war with the Mexican cartel vs the law, society in fear, Bane’s place in that world and connect it to a larger Batman story. Maybe Wayne Enterprises have been (unknowingly) funding corrupt politicans in Mexico with ties to the cartel. Bane finds this out and seeks out the people in Gotham responsible for destroying his land and community. There’s a setup right there for Bane and Batman to be at odds with each other.

YES. Love it! Dave is a great choice for Bane as well. If you do any more Joker style trailers for Batman villains a Mister Freeze adaptation of Victor’s origins in White Knight (Nazi father, Jewish Nora) set in the 40’s/50’s would be my pick.

I think it’s interesting to have more period pieces like Joker for the villains and I adored the concept of Freeze’s origins in White Knight being routed in WW2 and fighting to save Nora as much for her ethnicity as for her illness, plus what a Dieselpunk style Mister Freeze could look like. But I also thought about mixing that with Ferris Boyle and the TAS Hearts of Ice episode in a 50’s time period... anyway, just some suggestions! 😁

very well made trailer Bautista as BANE that would be sick idea that would been crazy idea just because he has short role in Blade Runner 2049 doesn't mean he is gonna be bad as BANE i rather choose him over top of Tom Hardy
