Lyrics:
Close your eyes, baby
Follow my heart
Call on the memories
Here in the dark
We'll let the magic
Take us away
Back to the feelings
We shared when they played
In the still of the night
Hold me darlin', hold me tight, oh
So real, so right
Lost in the fifties tonight
These precious hours
We know can't survive
But love's all that matters
While the past is alive
Now and for always
Till time disappears
We'll hold each other
Whenever we hear
In the still of the night
Hold me darlin', hold me tight, say
So real, so right
Lost in the fifties tonight
Oh, so right, say
Oh, so real, so right
So real, so right
beautiful .....
Ronnie and Morgan in the fifties tonight,my wife of 60 years we dance holding each other tight...
I have only 59 years, and my wife and i still slow dance to the oldies. It's so good to rub bellies even at our age.
Oct 14 2023 will be 62 years. We had the best music.
A classic that will never go out of style...........
Ronnie's voice is still perfect.

Just my opinion, Ronnie Milsap has one of the most powerful voices. Like Roy Orbison and Freddie Mercury, the range that he has is amazing! Yes....Lorrie sounds great and looks amazing!

@@richardalderson7603 Yup, not quite that old!
I was born in 1959 and my appreciation for 50s music is having much older parents and siblings 16 - 20 years older than myself!
Yup count me in for loving the oldies. I flash back to dragging main in my 56 Chevy with my best friend Bradley listening to the oldies. If the clouds were just right we could sometimes pick up Wolfman Jack taking occasional special requests. ❤
I join u on that

No sir, not no how not no way
Saw him in Reno years ago, the 1950s, & 60s our times.
Sorry dont sound good with her singing it with him. Better just him singing it
Sandra you are nuts!!! What is the matter with you.
@@nickpanos9060 not really
Agreed. She’s a terrific singer but her voice doesn’t blend well with his in this performance, IMHO.
