IF you already have one of the undercover cars but are trying to get the other ones, it helps if you are in the undercover car rather than something random
You can follow the police when they search and hunt random on the road. Sometimes they loose a shooting and you can get the police car for free ;-) It works well in my offline gaming. As well with the pickups from merryweather after the mission with Michael when he leaves the Kortz Center. I always leave with a pickup from them. Or you can get one after you end the Mission meltdown
@fanboy.NO.1 you can find a unmarked (or FIB) crown Vic when ur doing the Barry mission to get weed. If u go to the one on the East Side of the map u should find 2 unmarked Crown Vics (u can only do the Barry mission when ur Franklin) u will get a wanted level but just lose it, go back to the truck and blow it up then drive ur unmarked car to Frank's garage and then u can be FIB or IAA. A quick trick to fix ur cars in ur garage, enter teh garage with ur damaged vehicle, exit the garage thru the door then enter it again and then the sheriff granger, FIB buffalo, police buffalo or IAA crown Vic and then they are all fixed.
