I wish they would add this to online. This car looks so cool. I made an effort to put it in my story mode garages every time I played through the game

you can also get this car to chase you if you initiate a 3 star chase in the desert. I once did in the wind turbines area

Are you talking about the Unmarked / FIB version of the vehicle? If so, that vehicle is only meant to spawn at the desert area on the PS3 version of the game, and doesn't exist on any other platform.

Dunno why they didnt replace this with the normal cars, the buffalo look sick and is more realistic today.
