Nope not even a little bit. I was adopted and brought home at 3 days old. My parents made sure i knew from day 1. Lol they used to tell me they picked me out of all the other babies. Never had an issue with it.

And didn't think much of it...and coped with it as u grew up ...If it happened like in this video like hide the fact u were adopted till u reached 18 and tell it on ur birthday things would've been worse for u I presume.

I am the mother of three boys that were abandoned by their biological mother. She left them for her lover boy and her ex (my husband) in hospital with a severe kidney infection (?) On the day he was supposed to be picked up by her to go home to recover, she never showed up, instead she took the plane and went to live with her 18 year old lover (her eldest son just turned thirteen then.

People often say that blood is thicker than water which I tend to agree.. but it’s not always necessarily so. I had a biological mom who had me at age 19.. but I was raised mostly by her stepfather, my grandfather. Thank God for him or who knows where or how I would have ended up. I still miss him every day. 🙏🏼

I think being adopted is a good thing because you’ve been chosen to be part of the family and to be loved by people who wants to give it to you. Besides, we have to understand the parents on not telling him soon I’m mean that can’t excuse the fact they told him on his birthday and not sooner but look it’s not easy to tell your child that you’re not related by blood and the important things isn’t the blood but the sentiments he has for them make them his real parents. I can understand the son to feel betrayed for 18 years and other things but he has to understand his adoptive parents. They’ve done a mistake to not telling him sooner and others things but look all children reacted differently by a new like this one and it’s hard to telling your child ”hey I’m not your mom and he isn’t your dad either so please don’t hate us for not telling you before because we can understand how you feel right now but were too scared of what you’re gonna react and we still sorry for that but we want you to know that we still and always love you no matter what’s going to happen we’re still your parents…”

Compared to other great videos based on script and camera work,, this video is a disappointment.. don’t get me wrong the idea was nice but the dialogue was so bad that at the beginning I couldn’t help but laugh.. and the camera was terrible and not stable enough.. the acting was as if the actors held the script in their hand and were just reading from it, except for the boy who was great..it was hard to keep watching the video.. I’m glad they improved a lot .. I’m glad they’re trying to send good messages and I hope they keep improving much more
