We are so thrilled to have had the opportunity to hang out with Chef Jon Atanacio of the Epicurean Hotel in Tampa and film an incredible interview and cooking episode! His cooking prowess was on full display as he cooked up a stunning wagyu short rib and some amazing scallops!

His skill and passion for cooking was evident in every dish he prepared. The wagyu short rib was cooked to perfection and the scallops were cooked to a mouth-watering tenderness!
