I was like wow they can build brand new houses in Kenya for 10000-25000 US. Labor cost must be very very very low in Kenya. Anyway the houses looked pretty nice to me. Good deal.

What you should know you guys is that cheap is expensive.its Better to build a house which will take time and cost you but be strong than using this modern methods and end up up repairing Your house forever. Am a Mason so i know what am talking about.

A very nice house, but adding this type of solar thermo siphon system onto a roof, just waste so much water, waiting for the hot water to arrive HOT at the tap. Perhaps water is cheap and plenty of it, unlike Cape Town
