Every team uses dark arts. It’s just the case that most of these dark arts are so minor in the context of a full game of football that nobody notices them unless a specific narrative has been spun against certain teams. The delaying of restarts is the perfect example, it happens every game, it’s not being punished in most cases, and nobody but Arsenal fans are seeing it because to the average fan a delayed restart doesn’t even register as warranting punishment. Arsenal's problem is practical more than anything else - aside from they now have the (hopefully prior, not ongoing -) Liverpool problem of their playing style is causing them injury problems, and that they drew with a Liverpool team at home that are playing with a new manager and they aint all there yet in a list of ways: worse when you factor in that Arsenal have won this fixture in previous seasons, including the one where Liverpool won the league. Combine that with the fact pre-season Liverpool were going to get relegated or whatever the story was and that Arsenal were going to win the league, they're going to pile on even more pressure. Combine that with the fact pre-season Liverpool were going to get relegated or whatever the story was and that Arsenal were going to win the league, they're going to pile on even more pressure. Arsenal have the Spurs under Pochettino problem of it's not clear how they go up another level under Arteta and the problem isn't money and it's not clear if any coach could even do it better - it's a bit of a dark triad you don't want to get stuck in.
Are you an arsenal fan or a United fan? I swear this guy's more passionate about arsenal than united.
Just because he taks about Arsenal, doesn't mean he's an Arsenal fan. Stop.
@Diogo85 he is. All those things that happen to arsenal happen to pretty much every club. Guess who's there to defend them. He never says anything when decisions go in favour of them either
No I think he just pointed out what is actually happening. The media so so controlled on what narratives to push
He wanted Ten Hag to stay. And look how passionate he is about Arsenal. Of course, he is not MU fan.
@@diegoclark7697brother he mostly talks about MAN U on his other channel. He talks about other stuff on this channel
This is bang on, sir.
But as an Arsenal fan I love the hate and lack of respect we get.
It fuels us.
Thank you Mark. The lone neutral voice talking sense about Arsenal and Mikel Arteta.
What Arsenal have done last few seasons isn't a fluke but also won't mean much with no titles to remember
Yeah, bottled two titles
What is more important? The journey or the destination? The people you travel with. -Arteta in all or nothing
And this manager and group of players have united the fanbase and brought us a lot of joy, so im proud and happy to be an arsenal fan these last 3 yeats
my favourite arsenal channel!
From nottingam forest to united and now slowly transitioning to arsenal as ten hag is gone now.
This is why I support you mark, you have pure football talent.
Thanks mark. It’s so refreshing to hear positive things about my beloved Arsenal
Arsenal lost league by 2 points and you think they are 5 players away from having a good enough squad to win the league. 5 players? If that is true, then Arteta must be a great manager.
They had 0 injuries last year and won nothing, they were out of all the cup comps by like end of Jan. City won the league w/out Kdb the whole year, Liverpool were playing kids for 3 months. Come now mark they had their chance and blew it.
Why Lie ? You know Arsenal had injuries last year.
Since Arteta joined Arsenal we have finished 8th, 8th, 5th, 2nd, 2nd.
He got rid of players, freed up money, got in new players and promoted younger players. It didn't happen over night. We are still developing for a consistent future. We don't want to be a flash in the pan for a season and then drop off to mid table
What is this BS? No one was glazing klopp even after he got into a champions league final! Why are bods cuddling arsenal for? RIDICULOUS
The media have always hated Arsenal. Nothing new 😂. We’re overachieving and I’m happy. People seem more worried about Arsenal than they’re own club
Overachieved what? 😂😂😂
What have you overachieved when you have won 1 trophy in 8 years and being 2nd twice in a row
It's Amazing how Liverpool is now drastically ahead of Arsenal
Been like that since the beginning of the season so there.
Largely because Michael Oliver and his mates are controlling the music. They're never going to turn it off until they are sure the parcel is going to be in City's hands
@@macgaming001 that’s why almost every team has tons of players injured 🤦🏾♂️. Making it harder to win the title.
Arsenal fan and well said Mark. However I still think the best is yet to come !! Let’s see
I totally disagree arsenal have been given so much credit for doing absolutely nothing there regarded as a winning machine which as won nowt this is Arteta 6th season in charge Jurgen klopp was getting dogs abuse until he won something
I was about to sit down and eat and saw that you posted a video
Guess this is what I'll watch during lunchtime
If no Saudi ref's then Klopp would have won 4 titles forget Arsenal
The media scrutinise anything and everything because that’s their job - fans scrutinise Arsenal specifically because their fan base are over confident and arrogant
Online Arsenal fans represent a very small proportion of online Arsenal fans, let alone Arsenal fans in general. To suggest that all of ANY clubs fans are accurately represented by nameless/faceless banter accounts on twitter is just lazy.
The problem with the media is that they are taking a page out of engagement hounds on twitter by dumbing down their content and pandering to bs narratives in order to get click.
Liverpool have a good squad and Arsenal doesnt have a good squad. What are you on about !??
They both have good squads, what do you mean?
Mark, they are always crying about nothing. They’ve won nothing in years, LEGO head cry’s like a baby and he is being hard done by. It’s embarrassing the way they act and their supporters. Everyone had injuries, Liverpool were decimated last season.
They act like its only their team had injuries and rhat the refs are always against them. Every team has dodgy decisions going against them
it's sad that you're almost supporting arsenal cos your team is so useless, this is what footballs become
Here we go with the arsenal glazing again... Is this what it comes to when your own club hasn't got a chance of winning the title
you love arsenal more than england
Anything that goes against arsenal I happy with
You forgot to realize just one defeat for city and a win for Arsenal on a match playing day challenges everything
The Arsenal Stand 😭😭😭
Them fans over hype for no reason smh
Jesus, he even cries like an Arsenal fan....
I think the comments here are kind of proof of what Mark's saying. He has defended Liverpool, Wolves, Villa, Fulham, etc. and the comments didn't turn on him like they do here. Simply seems to me that the media campaign has been successful.
I'm an Arsenal fan and I don't understand why everyone hates Arsenal. We cant do anything right. We get punished for things and other teams don't. It's one rule for us and another rule for other teams.
mark you are completely unhinged! arsenal have failed massively!
‘Its not about winning, its about the journey’ ahh speech.😂
Wise up mark they've been hyped up for winning nothing 😂😂😂
Everyone hates Arsenal. We really do
Your talking rubbish disguised as praise we can and will win
Arsenal fans always think they are victims
I think everyone forgets how bad we were playing last season. We was just getting results. Now we’ve drawn a couple we shouldn’t have which is completely on us. Still early
You were literally scrutinising arsenal in your latest podcast
I'm a LFC fan they've had a harder run of games than us and man city have been winning without playing that great its so hard to win the league especially with city and pep. Arteta has been doing a fantastic job they will be there or thereabouts at the end of the season getting rid of him is absolutely ridiculous
COYG
Matt makes more money from Arsenal content than United content...
I think he loves Arsenal more than Manu
Want views? Tallk about Arsenal
Leave Britney alone!!! 😢😂
Arsenal is still going to win the league this year. They are better than Liverpool and City this year. Rodri was the City difference maker. Liverpool is light and will fall off.
Arsenal fans act more entitled than any others.
LEAVE BRITNEY ALONE
Well said !
lol when did mark become a such a die hard Arsenal fan? He does these vids so often now.
Your channel is a place where every video is a true work of art. Thank you for your dedication and passion for creativity!🟨🔺😀
True. Some don't seem to care about the process or the journey. Arsenal are doing really well thanks to Mikel Arteta and yet some people don't think improvements are good enough unless they win a trophy. Other clubs aside from Manchester United don't get this much flack, even teams from other leagues.
These comments are exactly what Marks on about, the hate is crazy, especially from the utd fans. Its jealousy. They can see Arsenal are competing at the top and are just off because City are so good.
Actually with City's massive injuries we may have a chance. I'm hopeful that our best will be back for longer than City will have theirs.
I think considering our fixtures and some very very questionable referring we’d be level on points with city. Not worried, might not win it this year but this team keeps building.
