the first clip/meme with the police is quite funny, in german we have two words to refer to someone 'du' which is the informal version, usually used to talk to friends, coworkers and other people you know directly and 'sie' which is the polite and formal word to adress a stranger but also used to adress people such as teachers, your boss at work(atleast usually, some bosses prefer the informal version) and of course police officers, however with police officers there is a special situation, if you insult an officers with the informal "du" it gets interpreted as you insulting the PERSON who is holding the position of officer which is a big no no, if you however insult an officer with the formal 'sie' it gets interpreted as you insulting the OFFICE or POSITION the officer is holding, both will get you in trouble but the later gets you in alot LESS trouble then the former, so when the guy asks to be excused and then repeats the insult in the formal way he isnt exactly making things better for himself but it is really funny
Looks like a first generation RS4 to me (RS4 B5) which had a V6 engine. The RS4 B7 had the big Audi radiator grill going into the bumper, which the car in the video does not have.
