3:05 if the kidney couldn't filter salt, it would have close to 0 gfr. So no it's more likely that higher bp is to get the blood flowing in the kidney under inflammation/swelling. The proper way to deal with autoimmunity is to strengthen regulatory t cells (vitamin D, C etc)
If IgA and antiIgA antibody makes immunecomplex (and it deposited in kidney.) But you told immune complex activates classical pathway , but here it activates alternate pathway. Why so?
