    Attapur, Hyderabad mein 3+1 BHK flat for sale ek behtreen intekhab ho sakta hai un logon ke liye jo wasee jagah ki talash mein hain. Attapur ek achi tarah se connected ilaqa hai jahan school, hospital aur shopping centers ka asaan dastiyab hain. 3+1 BHK ka layout ek extra kamra faraham karta hai jo office, guest room ya store ke tor par istemal ho sakta hai, jo ke ghar ke mukhtalif zarooraton ke liye behtreen hai. Mashriq ki janib dekhne wali properties Vastu Shastra ke lehaz se bhi moqaddas samjhi jati hain, jo ghar mein achi tabiat aur fitri roshni ke liye faida mand ho sakti hain.

    Resale flats cannot be valued with new flats. Old flat prices depends upon uds+ construction cost of the year when it was built( it will depreciate) Price is high for this flat, Looking at the doors and walls it looks like it is more than 8 years old building and the owner painted the flat recently. Thats why plots are best for investment comparatively than apartments.
    Apartment cannot give you good returns like independent house or plots.

      @@HindPropertiesHyderabad1977 Properties mei deal kartai ap aur apko aprtment ke valuation nikalnai ka tariqa malom rehna chahiye.
      2nd hand car/bikes ka b aisich rate kam rehta aur new bike 1 lakh mei same company ki 8 saal purani ko mai 70 hazar mei bechtai ho bolai toh nhi hota bhai. 30-40 hazar hojata 8 saal purani bike ka price aur bhut sarai log khareedna preferred b nhi kartai purani chiz chahe flat raho ya vehicle. 20uds ke hisaab se 1 lakh rupai b lagai toh 20 lakh horai aur old construction ka jo price hai 8 saal pehle ka wo b lgai toh bhut se bhut 20-25 lakh mei banjata tha aisa flat/ghar. Ab ap andaza lagalo ke kitna zyada price puchrai owner

      @@HindPropertiesHyderabad1977 Ha ap becho aur gafil logo ko chipka saktai social media ka use karke, Dua karai ke koi Ghafil jiske pass haram ka maal hai woh khareedai verna koi halal ka paisa rahai so walai ka bhut bada nuqsan hojata
