I love ABG playthroughs of these indie horror games. There is no obnoxious screaming, and ABG is always trying to check everything out and not miss things during their showcase of the game. They aren't timid about facing the creepy and anxiety-causing creatures and entities that show up in these games either.
This is why I love abg 🙂

Surprisingly good voice acting, decent length, good story and jump scares. The comics, games and VHS covers were a really great touch!

And then what? Soils up clothes after one day, washer still broken. She'd still have to go to the laundromat outside town.
Level headed? Pregnant, going to a laundromat late at night when a serial killer targeting pregnant women is on the loose in the same area, finding a file on some strange guy and going around asking about him, and calling a random number from a bathroom stall doesn’t seem level headed to me lol. She seems completely unhinged
thats some horror when you are struggling with school, job hunting and chores, your trash boyfriend only get drunk and do nothing but let you wander town at night dangerously ALONE.

The voice acting sounded like genuine real life conversations and exchanges. I can't even find that in some top-budget productions. I applaud.

Man, some of it is really bad! Phone chat girl and greasy manager don't sound natural, they sound like they're trying too hard to "voice act."
@@JTguitarlessons just got to greasy manager right now. He is forcing it alright. But that's 1 out of like 10 actors so far. Still great in my book.
Yeah I agree the actors are pretty good. Although I think the audio quality should be downgraded to match the video feed and graphics
Mad props to this game because it is a fun storyline with awesome voice acting plus the art style really suits it overall.
Weird that there were 2 different opportunities for the police officer to shoot and survive in that segment, and he just didn't.
Also that was a weird ending
If I'm not wrong the player is not really able to make him shoot, I like this game but it's kinda screwed they removed the shooting command when it would be useful
Puppet combo deserve to have a much higher budget and team honestly, what they do with their limited resources now is incredibly impressive
I feel like doing that would take the magic away and cause em to one day get swallowed up by the AAA industry, just like the studio behind Dead Space.

I more so just meant give them a higher budget and people to work with, not really have like an unreasonable publisher or anything negatively associated with AAA development.

I don't get how the burned laundromat next door in a small plaza suddenly turned into an gigantic warehouse? I think they could've extended the cop's section a bit more but the exploration and browsing was the best part of the game.

Olivia steele is one of my favorite voice actress. Olivia did a good voice acting in the game like the famous game such as Ashe from league of legends and Tifa from Final Fantasy. I'm surprised she's in this game
In mainstream cinema, a superstar can accept a lower-profile job if it finds the project engaging (ask arthouse cinema). Could be the case here.

This is pretty intense. The mini-games and comics are absolute good extra content.
This is why when you are dealing with a supposedly dead serial killer in a movie world... you cut off the damned head!
That's definitely how you get Pamela Voorhees egging Jason on in sequels though.
I’m only nine minutes into this, but I find the voice acting and writing is surprisingly satisfying.

I love the usage of public domain cartoons in creepy games. This is probably the third game that kinda put them in; it really adds to the creepiness of it all. Like when you'd watch Cartoon Network in the wee hours one day and they'd run a bunch of 30's-40's stuff.
There's clearly so much love put into this gem. I adored the comics and manga art, the creepy posters and even the little Dekavita drink from Japan in Peepaw's imports (I love them, myself).

This was a wellmade game. Solid voice acting, tense climax and all those comics/video games/commercials made just for this was show of considerable detail. I look forward to a sequel.
I really love how the game actually gives you things to di while waiting for tour laundry like in real life. The fact that you can read comics, watch tv and ay a game in the game while youre in the game?? Thats hecking awesome.

That last part before the credits got me yellin’. This game is awesome.... I got hooked once she was sent by Stan to the laundromat. They put a lot of love into this work. I hope they get a chance to improve and extend it without losing the aesthetic they established pretty well here
This was actually so good, definitely play more by these guys if they’ve got any more

I'd say Murder House is probably the darkest... I couldn't shake the unsettling feeling I had with that one.

For a second, based on the title, I thought this was another game from the makers of "M.Stain" and "Deathflush".
It does look and feel like a more serious version of those games.
The media management (in-game trailers, comics, games) is amazing and the overall atmosphere spot-on with the slasher genre. Loved it.

This game r ally hhookd me wit its voise acting, I mein, the hobo or whatever by tde fire saying "my slepping bagg has room for two" or Stan being the relyable man, the application store clerk being prideful of his appearance, also hobo jo with the damn accent, moreover how almost everyone is quite the homie, talking like they knew one another the time they came out the womb.

The audio equalization could use some work in the sound effects in my opinion. The footsteps are barely audible but the doors are piercingly loud comparatively.

the main antagonist reminds me of Bufflo bell from " the silence of the lambs " , the last part of the game is typically clarise starling trying to hunt down bell in the dark basement ..

It’s early 80s tracking, a lot of older vids had to have tracking worked out before you could get rid of those lines and watch the film. It’s for nostalgic and retro style video.
