Cycling Sacramento: Commuting from Downtown Sacramento to East Sacramento via H Street

Today's ride starts at the corner of I and 5th Streets in downtown Sacramento. The Robert T Matsui United States Courthouse is on the right, the Sacramento Valley Station (Amtrak/ Regional Transit is on the left. Riding east on H Street , we travel through the northern section of the downtown area through midtown and into East Sacramento. The video ends at H and 54th Streets in East Sacramento. I prefer this route to riding J Street, the other direct route to east Sacramento. H Street offers less traffic and well marked bike lanes.
