I'm extremely grateful for the inspiration found today in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints!

What a blessing that we have leaders who work so hard to receive revelation for God's people in small and large matters. Thank you!
I love the changes in terminology! Grateful the terms disfellowshipped and excommunicated have been replaced with much nicer-sounding terms.
It's good to differentiate us from the way other churches treat such things. Being excommunicated in many churches is a permanent situation. And disfellowshipment sounds like we are encouraged to not associate with disfellowshipped individuals, which is the opposite of what we should do. The changes in terminology just clarify these things, especially when translated.

I'm excited!
First and foremost I aknowledge nothing is revealed until it is first revealed to my servant. I can't help but think of what's too accepting and the Book of Mormon about Korihor. And just recently with all the years of an appearance of accepting worldly standards by associating with BSA to finally discontinue. Probably compassion in some more than others is attributed, maybe the principle of charity above all, but hopefully it's because "His" will be done.
It's a beautiful thing being a member and have a testimony of truthfulness of it all...
It’s great the church is finally seeing all people as people. Being gay or transgender is not a disease. Definitely a win for progressive members and those of us who just want to see the church being inclusive and not judge people.

It's available now, digital only except in certain areas where that isn't viable (some 3rd world countries where phones and devices aren't yet ubiquitous come to mind).

In 2015 I struggled with doubts and now in 2020 I have no doubt that the church is not what it claims. I stand firm in my faith in Jesus Christ and Him alone.

Does this replace the facilities handbook? They are not altogether aligned. It hasn't been updated since 2011. It adds things to this handbook that go beyond what is explicitly stated here, which has caused frustration and confusion.
From what I understand it replaces "Handbook 1" for Bishop's and Stake Presidencies and "Handbook 2" Administering the Church. These older books are still in the Gospel Library app under "Leaders" as of this posting.
Reyna I. Aburrito just uses preprogrammed answers she learned in primary.
I love the new transgender policies. They are clear that simply "being" transgender is not a sin, and that even those who fully transition should be permitted to participate in the church as much as possible.

If a person legally changes from a man to a woman, can that person be sealed to a man in the Temple?
For an unchanging God, there seems to be a lot of changes in this church.
@ RickmcGhee His *doctrines* are unchanging, particularly the doctrine of Christ. However The way in which he *conveys* his unchanging doctrines is certainly changeable. God isn’t a robot.. he works and moves in the ways that best serve his children depending on their individual circumstances. That is super helpful in situations like this, as the political landscape evolves around these issues. If political movements didn’t change I suppose God wouldn’t have to communicate so much.
