i am soo beyond nervous and intimidated to travel with my newborn, but this video showing a long haul flight really gives me a little hope thanks for sharing!
Jordan is super chill. Is he always like this? Travelling domestic in a few weeks with my baby and i am hoping he will be like this. He will be 3 months by then.
Hi Zuleika! 😊 Jordan was really chill when he was around 3 months and it was easy to travel with him as he slept a lot. He's now 7 months and is very active so it's interesting to see how he will be when we fly again in a couple of weeks (he'll be 8 months). All the best with your travel! Having a carrier and music he enjoys helped us a lot! 💕
thanks for sharing your video. so amazing how you all survived a 20hr flight. both parents are chill and it reflected on baby Jordan. I have a question though, how and what did you prepare for his milk? and how was his feeding time during the flight? we will be flying with our baby in a few months and he will be 5 months then. i am honestly a bit nervous.
Hi Divine! Thanks for watching our video 😊 We used the disposable breast milk pouches (link below) to store the correct amount of formula he needs per feed so all we needed was to add the warm water and rinse the teat afterwards ready for the next feed. We also brought 2 insulated bottles full of boiled water, they allowed through airport customs when we explained it was for the milk bottles. At that time his feeding time was the same, which was every 2-3 hours. You will be fine! Just have extra of everything and we found that it also helped to have music downloaded on our phone as it helped calm Jordan down. All the best on your flight with bubba!💕 www.amazon.com.au/Tommee-Tippee-Pouches-Compatible-BPA-Free/dp/B0774PX75L/ref=asc_df_B0774PX75L/?tag=googleshopdsk-22&linkCode=df0&hvadid=341745043896&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=2816369191901096795&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9071903&hvtargid=pla-703384012204&th=1
Hi! I’m traveling with my newborn who will be 4 months in November and I was wondering if you guys brought your baby’s stroller with the carseat attachment or just the bassinet looking attachment?
Hi 😊 We brought both the car seat attachment as well as the bassinet for the pram. It was convenient as we used the car seat daily with the rental car in Vegas 💕
Hello! Question…. You guys got a first class flight? For the purpose of getting space/basinet for your baby??? Also, you guys didn’t take a car seat, how did you do the trip from the airport to your hotel etc?
Hi 😊 We flew economy and the bassinet seat was an option when flying with a baby. We checked in the car seat (in the red bag) and used it daily with the rental car in Vegas 💕
Hi there 😊 that's a really good idea! At the time we created this video, we thought of just showing our experience. Flying with an infant can be scary, but manageable as long as you have extra of everything - milk, music, food (if applicable), nappies, spare clothes, toys and a baby carrier! I hope this helps 💕
Hi there, we used our pram (Mima Xari pram) and it was a bit difficult to fold and store in the bag to check in at the gate as it needs to be dismantled. We recommend to bring a travel pram that can be easily folded and can fit in the overhead compartment, if possible. However, if you do not have a travel pram, you can just use what you have, buy a pram travel bag (we got ours from Amazon) and check it in at the gate - depending on airline. I hope this helps! 💕
OMG…..Jordan’s flying shirt was too cute 😍😍😍! I couldn’t tell if it was the way the camera was angled, but did the people sitting next to you switch seats with you all so you could be in front of the bassinet?
Isn't it too cute? 🥺 We DIY'd his first time flying shirt - Daniel designed it 👏🏼 You're right! When we chose the seats online it showed that seats we picked were the bassinets seats, but when we got there it was actually on the other side. The flight attendants asked the couple next to us to swap and they were really nice about it ✈️
Hi there 😊 Jordan didn't like wearing his earmuffs (he'd always take them off) so we decided to just give him his dummy/milk bottle to suck on during take off and landing. Also, the airplane white noise helped Jordan sleep for longer 💕
Hi 😊 there's no limit for bottles when travelling with a baby/toddler (from our experience). We brought heaps of bottles plus a huge insulated bottle with hot water. They just had to do extra checks to ensure it's water inside 💕

Aww you'll be fine! Just prepare extra of everything (food, milk, clothes, toys etc) especially patience lol 💕

Good boy baby Jordan ❤
Hello why you didn't use earmuff for jordan?
