I played this game once four years ago during a tipsy birthday stream. So, lucky for me, I don't remember too much! What I do remember is that two out of four characters died, almost directly at the end. Hopefully, this time they all get to live?

The odds of you playing this on June 7th, and getting that intro dialogue was CRAZY! I never even knew the game had that written in.
Look, I've heard every possible dialogue from her, whether I'm playing the game or watching it on RUclips. But this one caught me off guard, I didn't even know she could say that.

1:10:00 As soon as I saw Carl I KNEW. Aliens was a classic for me growing up and I remember absolute legend Lance Henriksen playing the android Bishop. How ironic that all these years later he plays a mentor to the android Marcus. The casting in general was top tier, too : Clancy Brown of Shawshank playing Detective Anderson, Valorie Curry playing Kara, Jesse Williams as Marcus. And of course actor and streamer Bryan Dechart of Dechart Gaming as Connor.

Hi, Lizz, about the D.U.I. criminal record, it stands for "driving under the influence". There's also D.W.I. and O.V.I. which are "driving while intoxicated", and "operating vehicle intoxicated" (or something like that) respectively. It probably depends on the state, which name do they use. Maybe there's more, but those three I remember from the top of my head.

Yeah, you missed the wounded police officer who's bleeding out in the hostage confrontation. Connor was looking in that direction which should have been have very odd since he should be looking at Carl; a hint to the player to see what he's looking at.
Would be interesting to see how your second PT plays out.

It’s crazy how every RUclipsr chooses Identity and I’ve seen a lot of different playthroughs of this.
To me Humanity quickly appeals because humanity is the larger picture to me. I thought most would choose Humanity considering that but I was surprised to find out that was not true. ❤🎉
I can't speak for the others, but I was role-playing Marcus.. and I think he questions his identiy more than humanity.

Yehehehes, can't wait to see you play it and yeah Chloe, the girl from the menu has loads of lines and specific dates recorded and if you happen to play on those days, oh boy, it's a big surprise I feel you, in my playthrough, one night at around 2am I just couldn't go to sleep without playing one more chapter and she was sooo worried about me being up that late but then she went and complimented my room 😆💖💖

Love the playthroughs. Only one where i checked back to see if you added more. Only decent playstation game i ever played and completed.

@@LIZZgame for me it was 4 times for the platinum, and once finished the game you can play by chapter select to get 100% is more then 4 times

I love this game, hoping they make a sequel one day, their earlier stuff, Heavy Rain and Beyond were a bit ropey imo. Great vid as usual!

I personally think heavy rain was pretty good, beyond two souls had some cool concepts but overall was kinda mediocre. But yeah this is definitely the best game quantic dream has developed.

Hey Lizz, the drugs in the laundry soap is pretty common. The detergent hides the smell. Learned that in police training. Love your playthroughs!
I don't mind that, but he could also put some extra detergent with drugs in it someplace else, where Kara doesn't HAVE to use it to do her job, and then getting attacked for it. That's what I was referring to hehe.

@@LIZZgame oh i know. I played through the first 3 parts i believe. Like the 3 different characters. But so many games to finish 😅 Horizon Forbidden West, Ghost of Tsushima, Remember Me (waiting for about 10 years to finish that one 😂)
So glad after Life is Strange then to see you playing this ^^ At beginning you actually so close to perfect success, instead of leaving one more huge psychological trauma to the little hostage girl 😅😂

Can't wait 😄 If the next one you going to play is "Life is Strange - Before the Storm", it's best to be mentally prepared that the characters arc and plot point have some issues, most is it a bit inconsistent with the original "Life is Strange" (because the production team is not original team). And you have to very like Chloe otherwise it would be difficult to empathize with her behavior(in person I'm not really appreciate Chloe 😅).
I've seen a number of let's players surprised and even confused by Chloe (the menu android) recognizing the date, or even if it's the weekend, but it's simply that it can access your computer/console clock. ;) Menu Chloe is an excellent touch. Also, watch out for a fun little survey she may ask you to complete at some point.

:) way back in the day, there was a game that could read your memory card. So knowing the current date, may be a similar 4th wall trick.
I love how upset you got about Connor sacrificing himself and dying. I do want to warn you that every major character in the game can die/be permanently removed or can live to the end depending on your actions at various points. I obviously won't explain where, but it is possible.
I didn't see another way for the kid.. but later on I was more cautious haha.

@LIZZgame außer Fahrenheit auf der PS2 hab ich alle Quantic Dream Spiele gezockt. Die sind wirklich etwas besonderes, meiner meinung nach.
